I’m really happy with the experience I had at this Domino’s today! The staff were polite, professional, and handled everything with great care. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, and I really appreciated that they used a separate vegetarian cutter — it shows they respect customer preferences and maintain proper hygiene.
The service was quick, the pizza was fresh and delicious, and the staff made sure everything was done correctly. This is exactly how every Domino’s outlet should operate — clean, organized, and customer-focused.

I’ve had Dominoes since I was a tween and “the noid” was around. As a franchise you have to “Trust but verify”. I can honestly say this Dominoes location has some of THE BEST I’ve had from Dominoes in 40+ years. Hats off/salute to Kyle and Dave.
Big old middle tho…to Dominoes corporate for their janky ordering website. It took me five times to get the order I wanted without it kicking me out or adding exorbitant fees that only showed up at checkout. etc. Anyways….THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME.
Also note: The “char” is the flavor…that means pizza cooked proper…and some cheese got a little toasted. Its delicious.

We placed a large order at the Pleasant Valley, Raleigh location. I had to return to the restaurant as I thought the order was incorrect. Taren customer service was exceptional. She politely informed me of my mistake in the order, mistake in reading the receipt and was gracious to provided what I thought I ordered. My mistake twice and Taren got me out of hot water with my wife. Thank you!

I placed an order here at this location for a 9.99 special that came to 10.27 with tax. Order was confirmed and amount removed from my debit. I went to store location to pick up pizza and Kevin whom later told me he was the manager said he didn’t have it and that no orders had been placed for a special or under my name. I showed him deductions from my debit for pizza and he seemingly shown great “pleasure” in being overly sarcastic with a smirk while telling me it was nothing he could do and he didn’t know what to tell me despite my showing him deductions for order. I hadn’t been to this location in months due to “lack”of good customer service, unsanitary conditions, constant change of employees and unfriendly service from management and thrown together pizzas. Needless to say I won’t be back.

We order Dominoes at least a couple times a month and the service has always been exceptional. We always order delivery (usually later on weekends but not always) and it’s consistently delivered in a reasonable time. Whoever delivers is always kind and our order has never been wrong over the months we’ve lived here. Finding consistent service isn’t so easy these days but our Dominoes is definitely filling the shoes. Thanks for all you guys do!

Before I had an issue with an order weeks ago and today as I was having issues with a promotion ordering online it was not letting me place to order correctly and driver Austin and manager Ashley were very nice and very understanding they helped me with the promotion today and Ashley was kind enough to correct an issue that I had a month ago and I am very grateful they both get five stars from me for being patient and understanding and very helpful

Well they dropped our pizza on the ground and then told it would be 45mins until they could redeliver it. Then they called back to reiterate that it would take a while. So I asked if I could pick it up instead and how long would that take. Their response was 45 mins maybe, we 14 orders behind.
Then they called back again to try and interrogate me about if the pizza actually messed up.
For the record I live under 10 mins always from this location.
At no point during this process, did they ever take the time to say apologize. Never ordering form here again. Bad business
