I’ve been coming here for lunch and sometimes dinner for about a year and a half now, and I’ve always been very pleased with my service. Great people, great food, and they keep the place clean! The parking lot is a bit tight to get in and out of, but once you go there a few times, you get used to the flow of how it works. 😉 Thanks for all the awesome service!

The meal of the day was good and cooked fast. Employees were friendly. I parked in a disabled parking space, it was the only one other car when I did it. A woman with small children who came in a few minutes after me parked Nissan NV3500 right behind mine and I had to pull over to the curb to get out. This is incredibly stupid and disrespectful, I hope the rest of the people in this city are not like her.

Stopped here to get a sub. The 2 employees saw me pull up and walk to the door. One employee went in the back the other started to make an online order. The employee making the order at no point looked at me or say I will be with you in a moment. He also didn’t bother calling the other employee out to help. So I turned around and left. I just wanted to be acknowledged that I was there. While getting in my car I saw both of them just staring. I guess my business didn’t matter. I could see he had started working on an order.
The customer service is lacking. In the past I have listened to the employees cuss and complain they don’t pay me enough to do this.

I honestly don’t know why my family keeps subjecting ourselves to this service. We only go maybe twice a year (for the past 4 years) bc it’s close and we tell ourselves that it HAS to be better than last time. ESPECIALLY PICK UP ORDERS!!. (And as someone who works to-go it’s extra annoying). No onions on your order?! They throw in extra onions and bell peppers. Paid for extra bacon? You get literally TWO strips of bacon on each side of a foot long. $30 something dollars for two meals and except for the drinks and chips WE pick out, nothing is ever right. Nothing. And we don’t only NOT get the extra meats etc. we pay for, but we actually get LESS than what’s normal.

Having dealt with the Rutherford Crossing Subway in the past, it has really had put a sour taste in my mouth when it came to Subway in general. We stopped in to this location in Front Royal today and I have to admit I am glad we did. The subs were great and our service was too. The gentlemen who made our subs were kind and professional. I’m happy to say our love of Subway has been restored!

The store was not as clean as another store I had been in a few days before. The service was OK. Everyone was friendly but not meshing with each other in a productive way it felt mismanaged. It was not the usual production line that the subways had. They had four employees. One was cleaning, and the other three were working behind the counter, each working its own customer. I was picking up for my daughter, and I liked the person working with me. The guy was friendly and did a great job with intentiveness on making sandwiches. The store is older and may need a rehab to make it look and feel cleaner. The staff that waited on me was good.

Rude, just flat out disrespectful.
The young man (looked in he’s late teens early 20s) who made our sandwichs didn’t toast 4 of our sandwiches even after we said toasted,
Then at the register the lady (shift lead at 6:51pm), as my two neighbors and myself went through she gave both my neighbors dirty looks and when I held my hand out to get the receipt she sarcasticly dropped it in the bag while giving me a dirty look after rolling her eyes at the fact I asked her to hand me the receipt

This the reason I haven’t got subway in almost a year and this time I went in with hopes the quality of food would be better. It wasn’t ! After seeing the brownish meat and the slimey looking chicken staring at me through the glass I texted my gf in the car and said I’ll be eating else where lol

I had a pick up order, when i got there the Staff was horrible, took a couple minutes just to get their attention and give me my sandwich, so the customer service is non existent, the sub itself was underwhelming barely put anything on it, the best part about it was the bread lol.
