DISAPPOINTED! Only because we didn’t find this place sooner!!! Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Quality and quantity of the food was Fantastic. Jace was our server and she was a pleasure, happy to be there. Chef Casey was skillful and mindful of the food he prepared. I hope the owner appreciates them as part of the team, great people are hard to find that enjoy what they are doing. I would suggest a reservation since there is a reason for the wait if you don’t make one. Excellent, we will be back!

What an incredible dining experience! I’m in town for one night, after driving from NM to drop a family member of at school, and it’s my birthday!! Had originally planned to eat at one of the restaurants near the lake then saw Noburo was within minutes of our hotel. No regrets in making that change in decision. The service, food, and experience was top notch (and better than any hibachi restaurant one been to in NM, and I’ve been to in several).
The soup wasn’t the typical boring, no flavor clear soup. Nope this was packed with flavor and oh so good!! Our service and chef were a great, energetic, attentive team. I had the Seafood Delight (lobster, shrimp, and scallops). All my favorites and cooked perfectly. My family member had the steak and shrimp combo and said the same thing. Steak was cooked perfectly, as ordered. Fried rice, noodles, and vegetables were plentiful and very flavorful. Highly recommend Noburo!!

First time here visiting from NY. Great sushi, hibachi experience was awesome. Pricing was reasonable. Would definitely be back! Didn’t have reservations but the got us in pretty quickly.

The portions were very small and not worth the price. I only received about 10–15 noodles, and the flavor was underwhelming. The vegetable portion was also very limited. While the rice and steak were good, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. I likely won’t be returning and will look for another hibachi restaurant.

First time having dinner (didn’t realize they were here, and after a google search, I discovered they are in the old Kobe location, which we enjoyed many meals at Kobe), and I have to say everything exceeded our expectations! Would highly recommend this place! Food, service, portions all were beyond what we expected. Owner/Manager provided excellent customer service, plus I think we had the best chef there. Will definitely be back!

My family recently visited Noboru Steak and Sushi House for a New Year’s Eve celebration. Our party included four adults and three small children. I must say our experience was outstanding! Despite the crowds, the service was attentive and all the food, including sushi, was excellent. No one scoffed at having children and the owner stopped by our table several times to ensure the food and service was to expectations. Oh yeah, if you enjoy an Old Fashioned and struggle to find a pure one, try their bar. I had two – simple and clean with Woodford.

Wonderful experience. The soup is delicious, best ever had. The teriyaki filet delightful ! I really enjoyed our chef. He was sooooo good ! Food and a show. The owner was a very friendly and gracious man ! He was a pleasure to meet. We will be back. Very good atmosphere.

What’s a great dinner and amazing staff! Food was fresh and delicious. The owner was so welcoming and made my husband feel very special on Father’s Day night. Such a great place and welcoming energy. Thank you to our waitress she was so lovely!
