We stopped for gas and lunch while road tripping from Detroit down to south Ohio.
The service was great and they greeted us and came over to ask for our order as soon as we entered. The staff were really friendly and fast for how busy they were.
We had an Italian and a turkey avocado subz both were really good. I judge a sandwich job based on their Italian and this one was good. The fries were also good, their cookies were awesome.
I have never had Penn Station subs before but Im now adding them to my list of good sandwich joints.

The customer service at this store is literally UNMATCHED. I had a mistake happen with a delivery order I placed online, and DoorDash screwed me over. Joey, the manager, went above and beyond to get us our money back and was so unbelievably kind in the process. Will continue getting food here simply because of how amazing he is (and because the food is good)!

Bad service and a terrible atmosphere. The man taking my order messed up the order. Only got the fries right. Tried to rectify and tell the final cash register I don’t think the order was correct, but hastily confirmed my order with no real effort to help me. Go to Jersey Mikes at least they have music on.

Employees are rude and slow. One girl just stared and did not ask if she could even take our order. Had to be told to help us didn’t even take initiative to do so herself. We stopped eating at this Penn station years ago and decided to give it a new chance and once again left disappointed. Fries were undercooked as well.
