Garlic sauce busted open all over the pizza but spoke to the store and they had no problem to bring us out a new one. Sometimes accidents happen and it’s totally cool because they are going to fix the problem for us. Very thankful for great employees at that store.

I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Krishlin, who I believe is a manager. I had a credit for a free pizza from a previous order, so I called to place the order. She read my original order back to me, and I asked if I could make a small change — I wanted the same pizza but split it so half would have pepperoni.

Instead of trying to work with me, she was rude and told me that if I wanted the pizza changed, I would need to come up there and switch it out. I explained that the original order was a delivery, so I shouldn’t have to drive there just to fix it. She said she would give me another credit like they had done before, but that I would have to wait 24 hours to use it unless I came into the store.

The whole interaction felt very unprofessional. It didn’t seem like she was looking for a solution, and instead it felt like she was blaming me and saying I didn’t explain it correctly. In the end, I was given half cheese and half pepperoni when what I actually wanted was my original pizza order with half of it changed to pepperoni. Very frustrating experience.

worst customer service experience i’ve had with fast food. order was completely wrong, they gave us extra cheese when we didn’t ask for it and they left off bacon that we paid for. we also asked for extra sauce and well done bake and that was left off too. when we called and said it was delivered wrong, manager said that the bacon is under the cheese….. since when do toppings go under the cheese. manager never said sorry and refused to refund or deliver the correct pizza, just continued to argue that there is bacon and that it’s just under the cheese. we checked, and there is no bacon under the cheese. please do better

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, first the food was late they do double orders alot per what the manager said. So our food is never “fresh” so my food is never delivered on time. The driver didn’t look clean at all, when I got my food it looked like someone dropped it several times. There was pizza toppings all over the box it was gross. I got 3 items cheese sticks cheese pizza and have cheese half pepperoni but what I got was a HOT MESS OF AN ORDER! I order take out due to my health but i had to go out of my way to go to the store to get my pizza remade. When i got to the store, I did see the driver he was touching his hair and lower area and then touching the boxes and delivery bags. Then leaving to drop of another double order he has 2 different bags with 2 receipts as well . The manager also told me that the driver was speeding and slammed on the brakes that’s why the food looks like that. She also said that he did this with another order I’m guessing that’s because their delivery drivers have double orders and speed . Will attach photos.

They are not training staff to dock/slap their dough so you aren’t getting the crust shown as advertised. They use a machine which completely enables the employee for the sake of convenience. When the dough is leveled the sauce & toppings bake into the crust. Which defeats the purpose of me needing the butter garlic sauce to dip my crust (my favorite part). Its typically just this location!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent delivery experience. I paid for delivery and left a tip, yet the driver, Allyson, refused to bring the order upstairs. Every previous delivery I’ve received from this Papa John’s location has been delivered directly to my door without issue.

I am heavily pregnant, and being required to come downstairs after paying for delivery and a tip was unnecessary and frustrating. The driver’s attitude was also rude and dismissive.

To make matters worse, I called the store to speak with a manager, and I was told that “drivers are not required to come upstairs.” If that is truly the policy, it should be clearly stated before customers pay for delivery and tips with the expectation that food will be delivered to their door.

Experiences like this are exactly why customers become reluctant to tip delivery drivers. After this incident, I will not be tipping for delivery going forward.

This was a very disappointing experience from a location that has previously provided good service.

I ordered on my app. Thin crust with LITE sauce pepperoni and mushrooms. They put extra extra sauce. Can’t even eat it. Too frustrated to take it back.

I had a carryout order today and was quite pleased from start to finish. It said it would be ready in 15 min but when I got there 7 min later it was ready. I was shocked as it was a Sarurday at 6pm! They seemed well staffed – one lady was on the phone so a gentleman walked up to help me. He even went above and beyond and helped me by carrying the pizza to my car as I had my baby. Pizza was delicious- made correctly & they included my extra garlic sauce. I’ve ordered a handful of times without any issues but wanted to leave a review after the gentleman helped me out (I feel so bad for not getting his name)!

This was our first time trying PaPa John’s and it was a complete failure. After ordering pizza and wings for p/u at the store, tho the pizza was warm, the wings were ice cold. Not only cold, but, very bad taste and poor execution of Buffalo wings. We won’t be ordering from PaPa John’s again. Very disappointed.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza from the Suffolk Papa Johns on Main Street, and it is literally only 50% covered with cheese. My children were excited about pizza as usual, but they said it tastes gross and refused to eat it. Papa Johns refused to respond to my feedback form, their customer service team promised me are response within 48 hours, and now they’re running me in circles with no resolution. The customer service team told me the store responded and said “a credit was applied” , so I asked “where can I see this credit?” and they told me to contact the store again. This pizza is 3 times as expensive as other pizza places in the area, and this makes me question if it’s really worth it.
