DON’T ORDER FROM HERE… THIS LOCATION MAKES PIZZA WITH HAIR IN THE DOUGH! AND ADMITS TO IT BEING NORMAL FINDINGS!
Yesterday we ordered 2 four corner pizzas and as I took a bite of my pizza and I felt a long hair pull out of my mouth as I pulled the pizza slice away from my face… the hair was a long hair baked into the dough!
I was discussed and immediately and called to complain… first the employee that answered said he would only refund me for one pizza cause there was not a hair in the second one… so I asked to speak with the manager!
I asked the manager if he wanted pictures he replied with “NO ITS OK ITS BEEN HAPPENING, I BELIEVE YOU! I have issued you a full refund” Wait what?! So ya just serving people pizza with hair on the regular?! He was so nonchalant about it… did not sound like they were sorry nor did they cater to resolving the issue other than the refund… That’s NOT OK! I spent the rest of my work day sick to my stomach and hungry.
I work down the street and we frequently order pizza here for lunch… yesterday was definitely the last time!

I’m a big fan of jets pizza, being from the Midwest this is top 3 pizzas. They always have great deals and daily specials at this location. My favorite is the deep dish pepperoni. We got some cinnamon sticks for free through a local promotion.

My first purchase with Jetts because they sent a coupon to our home for 25% off but of course, the coupon wouldn’t work. The coupon clearly says it should have worked but it didn’t. I loved their pizza back in North Carolina but things aren’t going very well here in Florida. Delivery driver was very nice and delivery was early. If the coupon would have worked, I would have rated with all 5’s. Hot, fresh and delicious. Hard to get that from competitors.

Update: The location owner reached out, listened to my complaint, and resolved the issue appropriately. Management kindly replied as well. Order was replaced a cooked perfectly. Thank you!

Original: For starters, I have had Jets dozens of times all over Florida and Indiana The way we ALWAYS get it is deep dish, turbo crust, well done. We ordered last week and everything was great.
Tonight, we ordered 3 pizzas. NONE of them were well done. The receipt DID NOT have well done on the order, even though I repeated 2-3x during order. Turbo crust seemed a little lighter than usual, but it looked like it was added.
Called immediately after delivery and the first bite and spoke with Ms. De La Rosa. She said she took the order herself, made them, did not add it to the order because she wanted to take care of it herself, and cut the pizzas. She then insisted they were all well done and that she was right, I was wrong.
I literally have ordered dozens of pizzas. I was simply looking for the order to be fixed. Well done crust has a DARKER brown crust and crispy. What we got was light brown, and SOFT.
Good luck, customer is always wrong.

This place is so good! We ordered a large half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. The pizza came to our door fast! It was hot and had a perfect light brown crisp on the bottom. We also got a garlic crust.
The guy on the phone who took my order was so nice and the delivery driver found our apartment so easily and was so nice (I thought maybe he would have to call because the apartment can be hard to find).
We are so happy with the taste of the pizza and service overall. Would recommend!!

I am a fan but this week both specialty pizzas were bad ! Bbq aloha had 0 SAUCE..00000 IS NOT LITE
The jets 10 had RAW pickled peppers just thrown on the top. They were put on after the fact…pitiful job…Merry Christmas
Shame I paid $52.00 for such bad pizza….ruined my day…I called…no manager in right now…just waste of my breath. .I done …I’ll go back to another vendor !

I needed a few days to process the exceptional service and care of the fantastic members who work here. The care that they took with my order was exceptional the personal touch with first of all getting everything pin point correct, Thank you so very much. But the hand written notes? Boss level care and attention to customer’s needs? You guys made me so happy and safe. The care that was taken was phenomenal . I didn’t expect or was expecting what I was given nor did I think I deserved what I got… But they gave it and it didn’t feel forced it seemed very genuine and generous. It was given with heart and compassion they really care about the people who patronize the establishment. But it did not feel like a establishment it felt like home. I really do not write reviews because I feel like it is unfair. But I had to write this review because it would be unfair to them not to express my appreciation for the personal care that was given to me. So to everyone at Lithia Jetts pizza thank you I really felt special and dare I say tearing up as I write this review. I can better show you then tell you just how great these people are. Thank you so much. I will never forget what you did for me. You didn’t have to do what you did but I am so glad that you cared enough to do it. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!

Ordered 3 gluten free pizzas.
Crust is crunchy, but full of flavor. That said, tasted a bit overcooked.
The sauce and toppings had plenty of flavor but also tasted a tiny bit overcooked.
Overall a decent pizza for those that need to be gluten free.

GRATEFUL!!! Jets has the absolute BEST PIZZA EVER!! The crunchy crust, the sauce, the cheese … and OMG that ranch dressing is to die for!!!
