Came for the lobster truck. Placed an order hours ahead of time and came when I was told it was ready. Upon arrival, tons of people were waiting and said they’d been there for 45+ minutes for online orders. I asked to cancel my order as I had to return to work and couldn’t wait. I was given a receipt that showed I had picked up my food. When I asked for a receipt to show they had cancelled it, I was told to trust them and that the refund would come – that’s great, but if it doesn’t and I only have a receipt showing I picked up the order, I’m screwed. At this point the girl in the truck walked away and ignored me until I left. I get dealing with irritated customers can be difficult, but I wasn’t some Karen cussing them out – I just wanted a receipt. I would love to “just trust” every business out there, but at the end of the day I’m the one screwed if the refund doesn’t come, not them.
If you want to pay $80 to feed two people, DO NOT place your order online for the lobster truck. The walk-up orders were getting their food long before online orders from hours prior.

We went for the Cousins Lobster Truck. The rolls were good, but small and very over priced. I won’t go back again, but we wanted to try them out. It was hot out and the line was slow to order and to get our food.

Truly an awesome experience. I randomly found them while riding my motorcycle. I tried Tre’s And the burger and fries were great. Has a Snow Ball and also tasted great.
The service didn’t stop there. The battery on my motorcycle died and he offered his garage to leave my bike and also had a battery charger. Ultimately battery was charged, I had great food, and an exceptional experience.

A small park setting with food trucks, snowballs, and music. This was a cool spot to visit on a Pre-summer Friday evening. This was my first visit so I didn’t know what to expect however I’ve added an update to provide five stars because I was enjoyed my time there, sorry no additional photos.
