Not sure what happened to this location recently as it used to seem like it took forever, orders would be wrong, just generally like they didn’t have it together but the last couple months have been great, everything just seems super efficient fast friendly and streamlined so I’ve been stopping alot more frequently these days. Highly recommend this one if you need an efficient stop on your work commute!

I don’t know why almost every girl at this location has such a weird envious rude attitude every time I come by this Starbucks even when I’m with different people each time. They have made my drinks wrong several times, there’s this one employee who always has her long black hair in a braid and gives me dirty looks each time. I’ve asked for the manager multiple times just to be told “she’s on vacation” multiple times. This place needs better employees and management.

Customer service is always good but honestly every time I come the drinks taste watered down. Tonight I ordered a matcha with modifications I got 3 pumps of vanilla syrup,1 pump classic and 5 scoops of matcha with strawberry cold foam. Tasted horrible:/ I could tell by the color. I didn’t go back because I do feel bad asking for a remake but at the same time I was really craving a good matcha..

I wish I could give zero stars. They completely messed up my order. I specifically ordered all vegetarian items and clearly mentioned that the food must be vegetarian. However, they gave us egg-based sandwiches instead. We only realized this after reaching the hotel, and as vegetarians, we couldn’t eat them. Very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend checking your order carefully before leaving, as they can easily mess it up.

Poorly staffed, communication between employees could use some work. Staff these poor guys better, they were way too busy to operate effectively. My 5 drinks were given to me cold after waiting 15 min for a mobile order made in advance.
