We ordered food using the KFC app. When we pulled up to the drive-thru and told them we placed an order on the app, they told us they couldn’t see the order and that we would have to come inside. So we parked, and I went in to pick up the order. Prior to doing that, I used their restroom. Although there was a sign hanging on the wall that said they check their restrooms every 30 minutes for cleanliness, the restroom was very dirty. There was toilet paper pieces all over the floor, the sink fixtures were very dirty, the mirrors were dirty, and there were used latex gloves laying on one of the sinks right by the faucet. The food was okay.

Its too bad this store is so awful. Every time my family has visited, its a huge disappointment. My daughter decided to give it a try, came in, and stood in line for about 5 minutes or so….there were no other customers in the store BTW (they were smart). We saw about 4 associates walking around, but not a single hello, no one trying to take our order….nothing, just ignored. 3 out of the 4 even made eye contact, and then went back to what they were doing without a word. Got tired of waiting and left. Obviously, this place doesn’t need my money, so I took it elsewhere. If I could give a zero score, I would.

One of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. Great Bean Burritos; it was as if the preparer was making it for herself. And the counter experience was amazing; the guy manning the registers was fantastic. I hope to see him in corporate training videos one day. Anyway, I didn’t expect to find Taco Bell perfection here, but I did.

Me and my step sisters came in wanting to get some tacos from Tacobell, we were not blessed with the service, we had no Baja blast, and no ice. we were not impressed. The food was not very good tasting and very messy won’t be here for a long time.
