I’ve always had good experiences with toppers in Stevens Point up until this last time (12/19/24) when i ordered for delivery. Their topperstix were severely undercooked. I scraped off all the toppings and noticed the raw dough. I ate a stick before realizing and had to toss the rest out.

Seriously disappointed in the service. I ordered a build your own plant-based pizza. I realized about a slice and a half in that the cheese definitely wasn’t vegan. When I brought it back to get it exchanged I wasn’t offered a refund or a discount and nobody behind the counter handled it appropriately. Won’t be returning.

This was exactly what I wanted/needed for a Friday night dinner out. It was super easy to place my order online for carry out and I could choose to either pay ahead of time or pay in store. Pizza was hot and fresh when I got it, and the wings were perfectly cooked and sauced. Any pizza place that has a pizza option with potato (fries, tots, slices, etc.) instantly piques my interest, and the loaded tater tot pizza here checked all the boxes. Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I got a pretty large order and two of my items where wrong, i got triple garlic stix with extra extra garlic and it didnt happen and then the extra pepperoni and black olive pizza with a ranch drizzle was missing the drizzel. I am extremely disappointed because after calling they refused to fix it, not the firat time they have messed up last time i got mild bone in wings and they gave me hot, called and they claimed thats just how the mild sauce is wouldnt recommend. I am severely dissatisfied with how servace is now

Messed up our order and gave us a pizza when we meant to order topper sticks. Talked to the manager Steve but he denied because he was the one who messed up. He wanted us to pay for a whole new order. Poor customer service. Treated us like we never order pizza before like we didn’t know how to communicate our order.
