The kiosks are mandatory to order, not the most convenient but tolerable. The employees were generally upbeat and friendly, the lady who seemed to be in charge never stopped smiling, and the young man with the braids was always eager to help. The only issue I saw honestly was that the older guy with glasses seemed irritated anytime someone walked in the door or tried to ask him a question.

I just visited the Subway on Austin Avenue in Georgetown this morning, and I was very impressed! The store was spotless, organized, and well-maintained. The food prep area was clean and neat, and all of the ingredients looked fresh and appealing.
Both team members who helped me were professional, polite, and respectful. Nick, who made my sandwich, was especially attentive and took great care in preparing my order just right.
It’s clear that the staff take pride in both their store and their service. Thank you, Subway, for a great experience — I’ll definitely be back!

I had the best Subway experience I ever had today when I went into the Austin Ave location. Not only was the store clean & tidy, but the 2 staff members that were behind the counter made my experience even better. They were both so kind & helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. Their bright attitudes made my day better. I’ve never received such great service at a Subway before in my life.

5/5 the young lady that made my sandwich was amazing! Didn’t get her name but her hair had red and black I wanna say box braids! I came here after dialysis and she picked up on me not feeling good! I had to sit while she finished making my sandwich and she was spit on with my sandwich! Omg if she ain’t the manager she needs to be one! From a former subway manager I highly suggest a promotion at the very least a raise! Sue is going above and beyond for her customers! I’ll definitely be back!

Weent for a sandwich and the gentlemen preparing the sandwiches proceeded to check out the lady in front of me touching the register and various items and when I asked him to please change his gloves before preparing my sandwich he asked me why. If you are touching multiple sandwiches then the register you are cross-contaminating, it’s simple food service Sanitation safety measures. I will not patronize a location that does not train their employees on the importance of changing their gloves after preparing each meal and touching the register. Imagine if you did not eat pork and the person in front of you had a ham sandwich and they did not change their gloves and touch the register then they came and touched your food you are essentially consuming pork

Sabrina and Andre are the best!! Not only was my sandwich great, but their customer service is top tier too! Love stopping by here on my lunch break knowing how fast the service is without sacrificing the quality of the food.

This store is always clean and the people who work there are great. When I was working door dash I never had to worry about an order when I talked with Sabrina. There’s another young gentleman whose name I did not catch is always on point and gets the line moving.
Sabrina gets my shoutout though, her attitude is always upbeat and the few times I caught her coaching others, to me it seems like she is the manager. If not, she should be.
5/5 stars because this store rocks. Never had an issue and they have great ideas for some interesting sandwich combos
