Absolutely enjoyed the meal and sitting at the bar watching the show! Burgers were yummy and the staff were working very efficiently to quickly serve all the customers. I wish the bun was more substantial but overall I thought the food was good and filling. Too bad the jukebox no longer works.

This is a great place to stop by and enjoy a nice meal. I genuinely have no complaints. The customer service is great and the food is great. I’ve only had awesome experiences here. (I personally loveee the chili cheese fries and would also recommend an oreo chocolate shake).

Estrella at Johnny Rockets is absolutely incredible. She’s warm, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. Rockets is the original. Have had their cuisine in many places including on some cruise ships. Always exceptional quality and fairly reasonable pricing. There was problem with the co2 related to the diet Pepsi but once this was taken to the front cashier it was quickly taken care of to everyone’s satisfaction. Management thank us for bringing it to his attention. Burger was a double with very tasty bacon done crisp and correctly. Onion Rings were moist inside the breading and crispy on the outside. Service was attentive and efficient.

I guess this is the oldest operating Johnny Rockets and the food is great and is a great value. The original burger is my favorite since you don’t find burgers with relish on them much.

Been coming to this location inside the mall for over 5 years. The disrespect and unprofessionalism was intolerable. The cashier was rude and the staff had a I don’t care attitude. Everyone’s mood was like they didn’t want to be at work. The gal that was doing the shakes was slamming her equipment. I even had to clean my table space on the counter. Terrible service, terrible place, will not return. If ownership or management cares to reach out to me you can.

First I want to thank Franklin for making things right for us on Saturday evening (10/04). The restaurants receipt machine was printing blanks and that caused the kitchen to not receive my order. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my food. I understand things happen but at that point I was even more hangry. Franklin realized the error and corrected it when I came back up the second time to get an eta. Franklin made sure to give me a full refund and we received our order. Thank you again Franklin!

Johnny Rockets- The Original Hamburger… Well well well, not that “original” for sure, but if craving for a burger & fries, well why not? Prices are reasonable, specifically taking in consideration that this one is located at the fancy Scottdale Fashion Square in Phoenix AZ.
