Got there and it was empty, nobody at the front but right away I got greeted and ordered assistance. The place looks clean. Can use a little updating but works. The washroom is next door at the gas station. Good easy stop.

Are usually have a negative impression of my experiences with Taco Bell. This particular establishment is a vast improvement over the other locations in and around the greater Lafayette area. I was able to get in and out very quickly and everything I ordered and paid for was in the bag. That does seem like the bare minimum, but most Taco Bell’s cannot accomplish this. Their staff was helpful and friendly. Their food was hot and fresh and inexpensive. There’s not much more I could ask for here.

The new Taco Bell opened up recently. They’ve clearly been training new people and gaining more staff. They get slammed a lot and have done a decent job keeping up. I haven’t had to wait more than 5 minutes for them. As for the girl below saying they refused her service because she had an attitude, it’s because she did. She maybe waited 5 minutes at the mobile order line (it’s new so the staff probably isn’t as use to it yet). She got out of the car to go over to the other menu line and screamed at the lady on the headset and called her verbatim a “fucking bitch” after the lady had apologized for not switching over, so I can see why they denied her service. I would have, too. Her and the guy driving her were aggressive from the start considering they tailgated us into a Taco Bell, but it must have been urgent to get some tacos… We however had no problem when we pulled up to the other line. We got our order in and got our food within 5 mins. Thanks Taco Bell!

Second time trying to just go through the drive thru here, same experience both times (9 months apart). With one car in front of me, the man got out of his car and warned me he was told there was a 15 minute wait before they could take his order. After 15 minutes he gave up and pulled away, I pulled up and was told it would be another 15 minutes by the drive thru personnel.
I pulled around to go inside (just as I did 9 months prior) and saw others walking out of the door with bags of food, as well as 4 individuals sitting down inside eating. I went inside, ordered at the kiosk, and waited another 15 minutes for my food. There was one other person who ordered in front of me inside, no orders being taken in the drive thru, and 6 employees working, and it took 45 minutes total to receive my food. During my time inside, the only other lady that ordered in front of me had to confront the employees twice because there was no cups or lids for drinks, which they were extremely reluctant to help her with.
When I finally got my food, the employee threw it on the counter without even saying my name. When I checked if it was mine (which it was) it was a mess. Two of the burritos were completely unwrapped with cheese and lettuce oozing inside the bag. The chips were loose inside the bag with a chip bag in there too, like they literally went out of their way to make it messy and nasty. No recognition of the wait, no help, no effort.
This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to by a long shot, and the fact that I had the same experience 9 months apart speaks volume. Don’t eat here.

I picked up my wife from a 12 hour nursing shift and she wanted Taco Bell on St. Road 43 in West Lafayette before heading home. I stopped and ordered 1 hard and soft taco along with 2 bean burritos. Lady said it was 4.36. I gave her my card and she said receipt was in the bag. We got home at which time I checked the credit cards which I do nightly for fraudulent charges when I saw a charge of 12.36 for my wife’s meal. I looked online and saw the pricing. For what she ordered it was not 12.36. I asked my wife to get the receipt out of the bag but she advised me that there wasn’t one in the bag. Tried calling the store Several times and got no answer. I’m very unhappy with the dishonestly and most of all I feel like I was stolen from for what..A few dollars?? As a Marine veteran and a business owner I still believe in America but actions such as this makes we wonder. I plan on going up to speak to the manager tomorrow to see if this can be resolved. Advice to all, ALWAYS verify your receipt is in the bag. I’ll update this review if issue is corrected.

This is one of the new style Taco Bells which have kiosk ordering only. The employees were still nice though. Fast and accurate order! I ordered in the app for the deals but ate in the restaurant, the interior was a little grim in decor, but very clean.

Placed an online order for dinner tonight, paid for it up front ($20), and drove 10 miles to pick it up. They showed me the order on the drive thru screen, and it all looked right, including the number and types of hot sauces. We drove 10 miles back home to eat it, and when I opened the bag, not a single hot-sauce was in it. One of the main reasons I order Taco Bell, is because I love the Fire Sauce. I wasn’t going to drive clear back for the sauce. I could not find anyplace in the app to make a complaint, so I called to let them know I wasn’t too happy. Guy answered ‘Hello’, and I had to ask if it was Taco Bell. He said yes, and I let him know I wasn’t happy that I didn’t get any of my hot sauces with my order, and it was too far, and too late to come back. He said ‘OK’, and just hung up on me. Not even an I’m sorry we messed up, or anything. It will be a while before I go back.
