I ordered large mala tteokbokee. The food was ok but I’d say there were several disqualifying things. First I payed 4 dollars extra for mozzarella cheese and they didn’t give me. And second the price for the original is two dollars more expensive than what is written in the tv screen. Tv screen says 25 dollars while the base is 27. So I was unfairly charged 6 dollars more. Do not recommend.

They always make a mistake on orders, literally waited 52mins for a beef ramen, and the owner was rude saying i received it already, there was also another person complaining about the same thing, they lack employees because of being cheap, then i got my food it tasted like a cupnoodles with some ingredients mixed in it, it was so flavorless, i just ate the soup just so i can get something for 18$!

I come here often with my family. The cashiers are always respectful and make a lot of accommodations for my family as well. The food is very yummy and you have to try the donut next door as well the cashier there always recommends the best flavor’s.

The Hispanic workers here are so rude, they barely speak English and doesn’t care if you have allergies. The kitchen is also not consistent. Not sure if the Korean owner knows what’s going on lol I stopped coming here for that exact reason. It’s hella pricy too at $25 for one entree per person. For cafeteria food, it’s not worth it. They never answer the phone, the kiosk doesn’t work, the employees don’t do their job. Sooo crazy bc there’s SO MUCH completion Go to Oiso, oseyo, k street, the new one in Centreville! Anywhere but here lol
