Probably the best bbq in town. This would of had 5 stars but the shredded beef was greasy and I didnt eat it. Ribs and polish sausage was delicious. Fried pickles were way good hand breaded to order in a crispy beer batter. Still one of the best bbq places around. Next till I will try the pork.

First time here and was unsure, but told food was good. Within 15 minutes, every table was full and there was a line waiting. Food was plentiful and outstanding. Server was attentive and met our needs with excellent service with a smile.

I ate here with the family and did the family style BBQ. It was excellent and the all you can eat style was awesome. The pork was the best in my opinion and the onion rings were out-of-this-world good. Great service and fast. Definitely will be back.

Very disappointed! Sliced brisket looked like chopped brisket, very dry, crumbled when picked up. The sliced pork was the same.
The ribs were cool and dry and tasted like microwaved reheated old meat. The server should’ve been embarrassed to take it from the kitchen.
The most disappointing thing about the experience was the manager was very unprofessional and could’ve cared less.
I will never be back.

Barbecue sauce is the bomb! Enjoy the atmosphere and friendly staff, if anything savor the flavors! I want to say it’s pricey -but- I always have leftovers and they are the best so far! I have not had a bad visit since I’ve moved to Pampa and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Everybody in the Texas Panhandle seems to love Dyers and has branded it as the best in Texas. When I first moved to Texas about 14 years ago, Dyers was the first place I tried and was amazed as the quality was good, very larger portions of slow smoked brisket and ribs that melt in your mouth. As the years went by, the quality diminished, portion sizes decreased and the last rib order was so dry that I could have used them as tanned hides to make a pair of shoes. The brisket also tasted like a dry piece of leather, absolutely awful. Though I don’t know their recipe secrets, I think parboiling may be done to decrease smoker time, a huge no no on good ribs. Anyway, I hadn’t ate there for about 2 years and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, there are far better BBQ ribs out there, go for the Rib Crib in Amarillo or Chili’s ribs, far far better.

Service was good. I was disappointed with the food. My ribs were burnt and a bit tough. You no longer get a relish plate. Not all meals come with potato salad and slaw. My personal favorite, they have Coca Cola signs, yet no Coca Cola.
