I love me some PJ’s. My only complaint is who ever is making my pies lacks consistency. The whole thing is just a mess. If it wasn’t for the better ingredients keeping that classic PJ’s flavor I’d have to give the pie 2 stars.
Also had to remind them to make it well done as I set it to online when I ordered. The first time I ordered from this one. Hope it gets better pie makers back there so I can order more and update my review.

I ordered about 2-3 weeks ago and it took over an hour to get to me. The delivery gave us coupons and explained he was the only one so I understood but the pizza was cold and had most of the toppings only to one side. Today I go to order again so I can use the coupon they gave me due to the delivery time of my last order and neither of the two coupons work and I’m really not in the mood to pay $50 for two cold pizzas again.

Husband wanted pizza and mentioned Papa John’s. Was hesitant because we’d not had a great experience before (3 star at that point), but it had been a while so I wanted to give it a shot. Ordered two medium pepperoni pizzas, 10 boneless spicy buffalo wings, 10 boneless unsauced wings (what I really wanted), and a cookie, for delivery. Husband said the delivery driver was great, but when he brought in the food and started setting it out, both sets of wings were sauced even though one clearly has an unsauced label. The crusts on the pizzas are tough as well, and we haven’t tried the cookie but I’m not holding my breath on it at this point. Tried calling to see what could be done on the wings, since we now have 20 spicy buffalo and husband is the only one who eats that (lucky him I guess ), the young man who answered asked if I wanted them remade. When I said I wasn’t exactly planning on coming to get them, hence paying for delivery in the first place, he asked me to wait on hold and didn’t come back. I gave up after about 4-5 minutes, decided it wasn’t worth it. Doubtful we’ll order again anytime in the near future, if ever again. Wish I could post a picture, have one of the clearly-labeled “unsauced” wings drenched in sauce.

I’ve ordered three times and everytime I’ve had my order messed up and this tops the cake.
I ordered a $20 pizza with 5 toppings. Xp Brooklyn style and I get a $8 one topping medium pizza. My other pizza thag had two toppings I only got one topping. I ordered jalapeño bites and got a stupid meatball sandwich instead. Everytime the dough has been raw. Just save your freaking money and don’t order from this store.

Just ordered pizza the first time trying it out and let’s just say I won’t be ordering here again the pizza doesn’t taste good and the cheese doesn’t taste authentic and I asked for extra cheese I do not recommend

We ordered half chicken and half cheese and we got home our pizza was completely wrong. I can’t even eat it. They gave us some kind of chicken bacon/ham with barbecue sauce. Totally wrong pizza! I can’t eat it so My boyfriend is the only one who can. Because we don’t want to go back out I am posting this as a warning to other people.
