What happened Burger King? I was there about 6pm today ( Drive thru) on 7/10/25. I ordered the #6 Fiery Chicken Meal. I was given old French fries which tasted like dirty grease and an old chicken sandwich, parts of it I couldn’t bite into. The best thing was the flat coke which is why I gave one star. This is not acceptable. I am uploading pictures of the meal I tried to eat. In the trash it went. what a waste of my money.

So I went to the drive-thru and I was asked to hold on a minute. About 10 minutes later. The young lady asked me about my order. As soon as I started she cut me off and said hold on again. There was a lot of feedback coming from the speaker but I placed my order

Fry seemed to be recooked or either under the baked light didn’t seem hot and fresh and seemed overcooked
And then my bacon double cheeseburger was only a bacon single cheeseburger and I was already on the road to Orangeburg
Definitely not organized. Definitely did not double check the order

I ordered thru the drive thru and an employee took my order and cut me off from ordering with a disrespectful attitude. Employees like that need to clock out and go home . That kind of business is not for them . I spoke to the manager and told him that was very disrespectful of your employee cutting customers off like that! That is a turn off for customers ! The burger looked messy.

I would give zero stars were it an option, I just went through the drive thru and was going to order a milk shake, the employee told me “We don’t have ice cream”. I said well milk shakes are on your menu, and read the three types, to which they again said “We don’t have ice cream”. Is it any wonder the place was all but deserted? When the help doesn’t know what’s on their own menu and is rude to customers, I go elsewhere. Won’t be back.

Drive through experience- New restaurant, serving top of the menu sandwich with overcooked burger and under ripe tomato. I ordered coke with light ice, but received regular ice.
When i asked if it was light ice, i got attitude and they did not correct it.

Grossest burger king I ever ate at and I’m not exaggerating. Burger was literally drowned in ketchup. The nuggets were dry and tasted like old grease. Fries were cold. Just gross and cost so much.it would have been cheaper somewhere with better food.

At the drive thru I ordered a burger and an unsweetened tea. I paid at window 1 and went to window 2 where I was handed my tea. I took a swallow and it was sweet tea. I handed it back and told the server I ordered unsweet. She said “we don’t have any unsweetened”. I asked her why she didn’t tell me. I told them to give me a refund on the whole order (I didn’t have the burger yet). Two opportunities to tell me that nobody made unsweetened tea and no one bothered. It’s really easy to make. You make sweet tea and leave the sugar out!!!

Just left was ignored by staff inside website says they close at 11 and the postings on the building says midnight I got there at 1045 and they wouldn’t take my order or acknowledge me at all.
