Sooo incredibly disappointed!! First visit (take out) from Icy King. Was totally excited to try “Detroit” style pizza. As you can see from the pic – crust wasn’t caramelized – it was burnt! And it tasted burnt! I called to order and told the person I was ordering – we had 5ppl – he said “2” 4-square pizzas were enough. NOPE… went to pick up and had to order an additional pizza. That’s how we started… pizza crust was burnt on one of the pizzas and NOT COOKED in the middle. Threw out pieces out of disgust! Honestly, just so annoyed right now.

Finally tried their Detroit Style 4 corner deep dish pizza, it did not disappoint. Super crispy crust and corners, soft interior dough, great cheese and toppings. The dough has quite a bit of flavor, almost sour dough like. Amazing, will definitely be back.

Great taste in Detroit Style deep dish pizza! If you’re from Michigan, it’s a lot like Jet’s Pizza which is one of our favorites. This is nothing like Chicago style which is really more like lasagna with a crust!
We had an 8 corner meat lovers and filled two of us with half of the pizza.
Service was excellent. Food arrived quickly. Talked with the dad. He’s very interested in feedback and trying to make things right.

Heard about their Detroit style pizza so had to check it out and it did not disappoint! We got the meat lovers and it was loaded with just the right amount of toppings. The crust was cooked just right. I will definitely be back for more!

Ice cream and pizza the core components to happiness. I had the Detroit style pizza, which is a thick bread, but bake with in a pan to give each piece a crunchy corner. Worth a visit, lots of parking but no parking lines. Which is perfect for bad at parking people:-)

The 8 square deep dish pizza came highly recommended so we had to try it. It is quite good and two slices had me stuffed. The crispy edges give it such a unique taste that really works!
The kids working behind the counter were courteous. They have a bunch of flavors of Hershey’s ice cream as well.
I would have gladly given it four stars but the tables weren’t cleaned. Also, over by the soda fountain was a folding table/desk that you have to walk by. It was cluttered with newspapers (and on the floor), papers and used paper plates. It was off putting. If that was taken care of, the place would be *chefs kiss!
