I understand that portion sizes may change over time, but what I received today was unacceptable. The portion was significantly smaller than expected and did not reflect the standard I’ve come to expect. I’d appreciate this being addressed.

Delicious meal here but the place was not especially clean. There was no long line and it was not extra busy so I’m surprised that there was nobody cleaning out front of the counter. I found a clean spot and enjoyed my dinner (so thanks for that)
Parking was available right out front.
The people who work here are friendly and fast.

UPDATE: Tried Chipotle again and I’m glad to say that they did a good job with the service, food amount was good, food tasted good and all the employees were nice to talk to.
I don’t usually get Chipotle but when I do, I come to this one because is 5 min from my house. Sometime this year they raised prices which is understandable but they also cut down the burrito portion to 1/3. While they were preparing my burritos, I asked them joking if they were making me a burrito or a taco because it looked so little compared to all the times before. I basically paid $24 for 2 tacos. I’m very disappointed, I feel robbed. If you order a burrito bawl, you get 1/2 of what it should be so I guess go for the bowl if you hungry. Also, cashier lady looked at me with hate after I made the taco comment, so there is that too.

We come here every week. It’s my son’s favorite restaurant. The place is clean; the manager is so friendly; and it’s nice having a delicious healthy meal.

I thought ordering on the app was the problem since my orders were always terrible here, so today I decided to go in person and saw exactly why. I’m watching this person scrap the bottom of the rice for every rock hard piece stuck to the side instead of moving 10 feet to get more. Mind you it’s 7:30 PM and the place is NOT busy. I was annoyed enough, only to come home and realize they didn’t seal the side of hot sauce, now it’s just a horrible mess inside the bag. Never again, I’ll drive as far as needed to avoid this place.

Always out of stuff, the guacamole has always gone bad, watery sour cream, burnt meat. Everyone knows to just not go here. I havent been in 2 years, gotta drive 10 extra mins each way to the better one in kingstowne.
Figured id give it another shot, here is a photo of the place. Stood in like for 10 mins at 730 pm with zero people in line. Just 6+ employees ignoring me. Out of steak and barbacoa, almost out of chicken, and cooking absolutely nothing.

Great place that always offer great service and food. Never had to wait very long in line for our meals. Been going here for many years and this has always been our favorite Chipotle location. The portions have always been fair, food fresh and hot with friendly, patient service. We try to drop by a least once a week, if not every few weeks. No other Chipotle compares to this one.

This place is terrible. We usually go here because it’s close to our home, but we always have a bad experience. Today was the last time. My wife ordered the spicy adobo chicken, and I ordered the chipotle honey chicken. They both came from the same serving container, which was the chipotle honey chicken. This was way too sweet and sugary. The lady didn’t understand English well and had difficulty with making the order. The tables are always dirty along with the counter top on the serving line. My wife’s meal was so terrible that it went in the garbage at home. We will never return here again.
