Went last week. I waited at the register for 5 minutes while 4 different employees stared at me. Not 1 person asked to help me or even bothered to tell me they will be with me shortly. When i received my food it was missing my drink ,sauces,and a few other things. The hot dog was the worst hot dog i had ever eaten in my entire life. The bathroom was disgusting, dirty floor, toilet, garbage, no soap dispenser, and graffiti. Never will i return.

The staff is friendly, and usually you get your order with everything you asked for. Thank goodness for the new soda machine. It’s not always the cleanest, but still a good option for a fast lunch.

Beware with drive thru orders at the Black Rock Turnpike location, check your order carefully before leaving! We were out late this afternoon and went through the drive thru, ordered a #1 combo which is a cheeseburger meal and my husband got a turkey burger instead of a cheeseburger, error number 1. At first he thought there was no meat but then I realized it was a turkey burger. I ordered a Cobb salad with house dressing. I got the salad but no dressing and no utensils, error number 2. Clearly the staff, especially drive thru staff don’t check and don’t care because I’ve gotten salads at that same location before where the dressing was not put in. Quality at that Duchess has gone downhill!

The manager made it right for us! We ordered two cheeseburgers with tomato, fried onions and mayo, got home, RAW onions were on both burgers. I called. The manager was a sweetheart and said she’s do another two burgers the way we liked it! I was happy! Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. They mess up every order and could not care less when they do. If I order something without onions, there’s onions. I ordered a double cheeseburger they give me no cheese then when I go back they take 10 minutes to put cold cheese onto my now cold burgers and try to serve that to me. Pathetic excuse for workers and management. No one cares anymore. Used to be my favorite place to go.
