We bought these steak bites for the first time and they were awful. They were burnt, and I mean BURNT. I even googled Arby’s steak bites and they looked nothing like what we got. So I took a picture of ours and the one’s online and you can see how bad they are. When I took the one and only bite it was so bad I had to spit it out. I don’t even know if they are edible for humans. I called Arby’s and the Manager said that’s how they are suppose to be. Ummm noooo..All my friends said they hated them and gave them to their dogs. Very sad experience.

My chicken sandwich was inedible because the whole chicken was just a nerve and I wasn’t able to eat it. My husband ordered a beef sandwich and it really tasted really bad! As we ordered to take out , we didn’t realize we were missing 2 sides of curly fries until we got home.To make this even worst, it was too expensive! I don’t care if we pay too much for food ; but for quality not for trash.

Pretty average Arby’s experience with the food being okay and the service being slightly less than okay. It was quite a long wait for the food going through the drive-thru. I had asked for extra sauce, and didn’t get quite as much as I’d hoped for. Not great, not awful – just pretty average.

We came here last night right as they were cleaning their shake machine, and missed out on getting our shakes. Jay (who is absolutely amazing!) told us about the day and time(Tursdays at 8pm)they cleaned the machine and was supper nice! This was our second time we went to get shakes before we knew about it and both times we came while they were cleaning the machine, just our luck! We came back again today and she happily helped us. It was most definitely worth the second trip! She is so sweet, and just seeing her smile made our night even better!!

Absolutely awful customer service. On the night of January 20th, 2026, the drive-through mic and/or speaker seemed to be cutting in and out on the inside end. While we were ordering, it seemed like the attendant was asking us questions that we couldn’t hear on our side. We gave long pauses waiting for her to respond and when she did it was very hasty. Instead of trying to communicate through the technical issues, the attendant gave us a very rude attitude. She became frustrated and annoyed while we struggled to place our order, spoke over us angrily, and was unnecessarily getting louder and more annoyed with us. I addressed her behavior by saying “excuse me,” and she became even louder, not because she couldn’t hear, but in a clearly rude manner. We ultimately decided to drive off. My husband and I both couldn’t believe the personality we were met with tonight. The attendant had black hair and wore glasses.

I feel like Arby’s can be kind of underrated. It has one of my favorite chicken sandwiches. I always get the chicken bacon Swiss and it’s always a hit. And you can never go wrong with their curly fries. The staff was very friendly and I always enjoy going there.

They close the drivethru early. I have literally pulled in before it’s posted closing time, seen multiple cars waiting to get THEIR food, and, after waiting a few seconds while no one greeting me, say “hello” to hear a “sorry, we’re closed.” When asked why they’re closing early, I get EVERY excuse in the book: “we’re out of food.” Funny, they had NO idea what I wanted to order. “We’re having technical difficulties” that just happened the second I pulled up? Because the 3 other cars seemed to be able to order just fine!
It’s clear “the Owner” is aware of this issue and just doesn’t care. If they’d rather give their business to the Carl’s JR right next door that, BTW, has ALWAYS had very kind, courteous, staff AND always gets our order right & is Fresh (unlike this Arby’s) I’m fine with that.
Hope this Arby’s doesn’t go out of business over not staying open until the listed hours, poor food quality, and rude customer service. It’s not like “the Owner” isn’t aware of these issues.

We ordered 6 cups of cheese sauce. See the video below. We paid $0.69 for the cheese sauce and they have 2 pumps maybe in them. This is so infuriating!!!! They even sounded empty.

Drive-thru is supposed to stay open till 10: 00pm the restaurant shuts down 15 minutes before and will not open or take new orders. When pulled up to the window to talk to the drive-thru customer service is snotty.
