was really disappointed with my experience at this Subway. The employees seemed uninterested in helping customers, and service was slow and unorganized. The store didn’t feel very clean, and it didn’t seem like the staff were trained well or motivated to provide a good experience. I hope management can improve training and customer service because the food itself can be good, but the overall experience was frustrating.

Terrible customer service. Made a mobile order, they forgot my sauce on the sandwich I ordered, when I went back they refused to give any sauce since I didn’t bring the sandwich with me (even after showing the sandwich on FaceTime) told me I was lying and went as far as saying they’ll check the cameras to see that there was sauce put on it. WHICH IT WASNT!!! Manager is disgustingly rude. I did go get the sandwich and bring it back and she only gave a partial refund. States she couldn’t return the taxes and fees. This place is a joke, they’ll never get another cent out of me.

As usual. Now its worst . Its 830am now and not even open . Saposably they open at 8am. This is the worst Subway on the island with I’ll tempered lady that opens in the a.m. If your in the Brentwood area go ton the Rt 111 one.

Been going to this subway for years and for the first time this will be my very last time supporting this location. The Man was very rude nasty and unprofessional to me when I asked him if he can please change his gloves after I observed him touching unclean appliances and touching meat that I am allergic to he also began to continue to make the sandwich while yelling and screaming at me that he doesn’t have to change his gloves . I was so shocked. This was a very unhealthy energy and it was very unsafe to serve a customer this way. I am very disappointed at his behavior as an adult and store staff who should be leading as an example he was in front of his son who is part of the staff being unprofessional and I will never come to this subway.
