As soon as you walk through the door the aromas transport you to an exotic land.
The dishes are savory and on the spicy side. Luckily I love spicy/ hot.

Best Indian food in la! My husband is Indian so we’ve been to our fair share of Indian restaurants and we’ve been pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. My two favorites are chicken tandoori & chana masala.

Great food! We ordered seekh kabobs, garlic naan, and Karachi style chicken biryani. The kabobs and naan were the best I have ever had. Very tender, flavorful kabobs. The naan was incredibly fresh with an amazing garlic flavor on it. The naan was very soft and hot. The biryani was ok. Needs to be improved. Al Watan has better biryani but Zam Zam has better kabobs by far. They gave us our food with ritha which also needs to be improved. Other than that, you gotta try it! Will recommend to friends and family and will be back for more.

Hole in the wall Indian Pakistani market with small eating area, most people get prepared food to go.

Very reasonable food – some items I get regularly are tandoori items such as beef or chicken kabobs and the chicken or lamb biryani (available on weekends).

They also offer chicken Karahi, a Pakistani chicken curry dish and a chicken curry puff.

Besides lamb biryani, the weekend menu is expanded to include poori bread, chickpea curry and halwa grated carrot dessert.

Everything is a la carte only and it’s better to pay in cash (there’s a $10 minimum for credit cards).

Call before you go to find out what they have so as not to risk showing up and finding out items are sold out or in the process of being prepped.

I hate to give bad reviews, but my recent order received very poor customer service with delayed wrong order. Their tandoori chicken and kadhai chicken are always good. But they gave me undercook/uncook/ raw chicken. The chicken of kadhai chicken had blood and very raw uncook chicken. And tandoori chicken leg was never grilled with uncook marination.

Kabob rolls are wrapped with aluminum foil, which left small aluminum particles around the sliced rolls. Which is safety concern. People who do not see will be eating with aluminum particles.

I ordered chicken biriyani. Potion size was really good but quality of biriyani rice was average. Overall I enjoyed the biriyani but didn’t get any onion salad like other restaurants give with biriyani. They gave little raita which is also ok not extraordinary. Another big issue with this place is lack of parking place. I would suggest to place delivery order through doordash instead of coming here to pick up.

Amazing food. Don’t know the name of the exact food item, but it was beef kabob with naan. Everything was astounding. Kabob was well-spiced (in both seasoning and spicing was). It came with a delightful sauce that gave the dish a tint of self-opposition, as it were. Moreover, the naan was tandoori and came piping hot; it was so good I could eat it by itself – and I did. A point of discretion: the older lady is a bit sketch – she tried to scam my friend out of an extra $10 for the naan and laughed it off – but one would expect a little sketchiness from great street food, no?
