At the hotel here for a corporate event and decided after a long day I didn’t want to get out. Was a little worried to eat in a hotel restaurant after looking at the reviews. I ordered a quinoa and asparagus salad. Got to admit that the salad was pretty good. Healthy greens and tasty! Also ordered a couple cocktails. For two cocktails and a salad I paid $68.
Only downside was the waiting. Wasn’t too long but wasn’t that quick either. Drinks took a little long and food wasn’t out too late but waited a good while for the check and last drink.
Took my last drink to the room to relax.
Overall would eat here again while staying.

Placed order at 605pm and received food at 715pm.
Definitely wasn’t worth the wait.
Burger bun was rock hard and especially for them to say it was a brioche bread.
The pizza is good but you can’t mess up pizza. They over cooked my mom’s burger and it’s 758 and the new burger still isn’t done. 7 mins away from 2 hrs and place wasn’t even close to full. I see why they have 3.8 stars.
The bar is full with one bartender and one waitress in the restaurant

I must say, I was extremely surprised and pleased with my meal. Generally, hotel food can be a hit and miss experience. However, the food here was amazing. I sat at the bar and Kamal was amazing. He is very knowledgeable with the menu and have provided be with several great recommendations. I had the Boom Boom Shrimp and it was so delicious and plentiful. I hate I forget to take a picture of it. But you must try it. I also ordered the Cobb Salad and add Blackened Salmon this was super delicious too. The Chef here is amazing and the food tasted very fresh. Kamal also recommend I try the Sea Bass and Short Ribs.
I think everything on the menu would be delicious as long as we have that amazing Chef preparing the meals.
I will be staying here at this hotel again so I can enjoy the quality comfort food at Concorde Grill within the Renaissance Hotel on the concourse.

My family and I were impressed with the service and food at this restaurant. We checked in late and didn’t feel like driving anywhere, and decided to try this place. The food was cooked to order and fresh and tasty. A small wait, but worth it. The food was so good we ate breakfast twice, lunch twice and dinner 3 times here. I must say we tried a bit of everything on the menu and everything was great. (Turkey Burger, Philly Cheesesteak, Quesadillas, Buffalo Wings, Angus Burgers, French Toast, Pizza, Fries, Shrimp Tacos, Shrimp Cargot) Service didn’t disappoint either. My family and I found it easier to eat at the hotel, then to go out and get food. The restaurant also also has a late night menu as well. What made it even easier, we were able to add the bill to our room. If you don’t feel like leaving the hotel, give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve stayed at Renaissance concourse quite a few times and their food is always delicious and service excellent. Especially love their kale garden salad. This trip we had a large group meet us and our server Balsam (I think?) was fantastic. Attentive, friendly, and anticipated needs ahead of being asked. We also ordered buffalo wings, quesadillas, cauliflower and dumplings – everything was delish. Highly recommend hotel and restaurant!

My experience at Concorde Grill was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the evening was going to be disappointing. It took over 20 minutes just for the server to greet us, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. This kind of delay in service is unacceptable and sets a poor tone for the rest of the dining experience.
When the server finally arrived, we were informed that the kitchen was on a 15-minute hold. This was perplexing, as we had already waited a significant amount of time just to be acknowledged. We decided to wait it out, hoping that things would improve. Unfortunately, they only got worse. The server disappeared, and it was a full hour before anyone came back to take our order. By this point, we were extremely frustrated and hungry.
When the food finally arrived, it was a complete letdown. The dishes were extremely overpriced given the quality. Not only was the food overcooked, but it also lacked any discernible flavor. It felt like no effort had been put into preparing the meals. The steaks were tough and dry, the vegetables were mushy, and even the simplest items like the bread were stale. For the prices they charge, I expected a far superior dining experience.
To make matters worse, the service continued to be inattentive and slow throughout the meal. Our drinks were never refilled, and we had to flag down the server multiple times to ask for basic things like napkins and condiments. It was clear that the staff were either poorly trained or simply didn’t care about providing a good dining experience.
In summary, Concorde Grill was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The long wait times, poor service, overpriced and poorly prepared food made for an incredibly frustrating evening. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely not be returning. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere.

5/13 I ate lunch here this week. I had the chicken quesadilla. Definitely worth every penny! The food came out hot, fresh, timely and was presented beautifully. I would highly recommend lunch here to anyone staying in the area – let alone the hotel. Solid 8 out of 10 restaurant!!!
