Absolutely loved our dinner at Curry Pot! The flavors were authentic, rich, and perfectly spiced. We ordered the butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, and garlic naan — every bite was heavenly. They have excellent vegan options even though these are not listed on the menu. Just ask them. I am plant-based and I eat here all the time. It is always delicious and the service is excellent. It is never cold inside. You can bring your family and friends and everyone will find something suitable to eat.

My favourite place to get food in Newtown! The curry here is so rich and tasty, and the service is amazing. The staff here have gone above and beyond multiple times when I’ve ordered from them. You can tell that they really care about your experience as a customer. 10/10 recommend.

I was nearby and I have been eyeing this for a long time, I have heard good reviews of this place so was very curious. They have very well-priced lunch deals starting at $14, I got the chicken tikka masala at $14.50 which comes with rice and naan.
At this price I found a good 5-6 pieces of chicken which were tender and well flavoured, unfortunately that was where it ends, the Tikka masala tasted like canned tomato sauce (and honestly I have had other canned tomato type curry at other restaurants and they were a lot worse), this was not terrible but considering the reviews I have read, I was slightly disappointed. The naan were not drenched in oil which I have also seen at other places, the portion was on the smaller side which I do not mind because of the price, and the rice was nice and fluffy, so I would probably give this place a 6/10.
