Ordered a pumpkin smoothie that tasted like banana and water. I couldn’t taste the spice blend or any of the other ingredients. What a waste of money. Cashiers are also unfriendly. The vegan cookies are good though and I hope they keep them.

I’m extremely particular about customer service —and this place Smoothie King, Columbia, I honestly wish I could give them 5 more stars. I stopped by for some smoothies for my staff. Super hot day. As soon as I entered I was greeted by several staff members and the manager. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I had the watermelon and got mango for my staff. We were very pleased and it was a good value.

Unfortunately, this location is filthy. The floors, the walls, the seats the small counter with the straws… Everything was dirty. The ladies behind the counter were very nice. The smoothie was good as usual.
