I really don’t like giving bad reviews. BUT hopefully management makes the adjustments to fix the issues. When I came in, it’s was dirty. Trash on the floor, spare change. Tad bit messy. A waitress greets us, grabs menus and says she’ll be right back to see where she will sit us. Once she goes to check, another waitress by the name “Dayana”, comes to seat us but we did let her know that someone was helping us already. She just said “No, I got you”, we saw the other waitress get little upset she didn’t say anything but her facial expressions said it all. Then the worst part, our food comes out COLD, I hate with a passion WELL DONE STEAK. This steak was beyond well done. It was burnt! Then the nerve of slapping a slice of cheese on top of my hashbrowns, that obviously wasnt melted, I did let the waitress know, and she said she would put another order in, just by touching the plate, I knew that my hashbrowns were microwaved. On top of that, I asked for French toast and they bring me pancakes. Then, when my French toast does come out, there’s no powdered sugar on it. Mind you , while all of this is going on , our waitress, decides to take over another waitresses table. A few words were exchanged in front of customers and then they decide to take it to the back. I I am a good tipper and I always tip. This is the first time I don’t tip. I was already upset that I had to pay $67. This is what I get for betraying Waffle House. I’d rather take the 35 minute drive to them. Besides all that the water was extremely hot for my tea just how I like it ↕️ still not coming back though.

When we went here, the restaurant was almost empty, I am always leery of a restaurant that has little to no customers. However, it was a Tuesday afternoon so it’s somewhat understandable. The food was so delicious the french toast was light, rich and buttery , the bacon was crispy, and cooked evenly. Service was fast, the server was polite and pleasant. The price was very reasonable, this was a pleasant dining experience.

There was no one to seat us for 8mins. It was clean in the restaurant but the bathrooms were disgusting. They messed up on my daughter food but it did not take long for them to fix it and bring the correct food out. Our server was excellent.

when we arrived it was not crowded for a Saturday afternoon. The food came out pretty fast but it was only 3 of us yet half a table was served food. I worked in catering for over 10 years that’s a huge no no. Especially because the toddler was the one left without food when there were two adults with a toddler. Were we supposed to eat and not the toddler when food was ordered for the child? The toddler was left without food for over 5mins so I asked the waiter for the food she replied ok. Waited another 10mins and still no food atp my food and other party food was cold. Mind you there is staff walking all around and no one not even our waiter checked in on us. After about 15-20 mins of waiting I left the restaurant just for a waiter to all of a sudden come outside of the restaurant to ask if I was paying for food that was never touched. I found it highly amazing that once it was noticed we was leaving/ had left now someone wants to help lol. The waiter almost caught it but I’m a saved woman smh. When I say I will never return trust I won’t!

This location is pretty new, and I think the staffing is still being worked out so I want to be fair. Management should probably come in to do a refresher for wait staff about the menu and cleaning (everything was kind of greasy and sticky for a brand new place). With that said, food came out quickly, and it was hot and tasted fresh so actually pretty decent by most older IHOP standards (bacon was tiny though…) The two young men that helped us were really very courteous and did their best with the menu, the tech, etc., but they really needed a restaurant manager directing there so I don’t blame them for service being kind of weird. Granted, a Friday night maybe isn’t the most exciting time for a breakfast restaurant, but still. This plaza is beautiful (though google maps has almost everybody’s placement wrong as of this post) and I’m excited for it to continue growing so it can be a nice place for the community. This is most likely a franchise, right, meaning that someone might be trying to run their own business here so I hope folks give it a try.

Please turn the heat on. There’s no reason for this restaurant to be colder than the outdoors in December! It’s like walking to a fridge in here And my food gets cold super fast. If you don’t want people to dine in then you should have opted for the IHOP N GO restaurant model.

Stopped for breakfast with my son and grandson. I had the quick two egg, grand son had the silver five. The server was quite on the mark. Gave us drink refills before we asked.

I ordered a ham and cheddar cheese omelet. The egg was overcooked, and the ham and cheese were on the outside of the omelet. I asked for cheddar but was given american cheese. My omelet had eggshells in it, and to top it off, it was really greasy. It was first and last time there.
