Ordered 2 lunch combos and both of the pizzas were not all the way through done. It taste like a wet sponge. I had to drive 15 mins back to get them too fix it but I requested just to have a 5 dollar pepperoni but they refused and just fix the same order. Almost look like they just recooked them. The manager never came up front to talk to me just filtered what they would do through a crew member. I will never go back to this place. 2/23/22 I went back to give it another and still terrible little to no cheese.crust was chew like stale leftover bread.. please avoid this place

Look you guys should be a shame of the pizza you served us on the 22nd of March 2025around 5pm. I stay 5 min away from pick up . And when I got home my food was like eating rubber.. Your employees need to check the pizza more often.. to keep this from happening to your customers. And yes I have worked in food service before . Other than that everything else was fine.

This place is either a hit or miss depending on who’s working. Wait time is always an hour or longer. Sometimes the pizza is perfect and how you ordered it and other times it looks stale and old likes it been sitting out for hours which is weird because you picked it up fresh out the oven. Try this location at your own cost. Ohh and don’t go in the evening it’s the worse!

I ordered five cheesy breads you are supposed to get one sauce per cheesy bread they put the cheesy breads two of them together in Long boxes and one regular box and gave us two sauces. The whole bill was $36 but they did not give us the sauce for all of them they charged us for the sauces one for each box$9.13 this is ridiculous when you buy bread you should get a sauce the manager was very rude the young guy that was working there was a nice person but this manager Madison needs some training

If I could give them zero stars I would. In the past I’ve had multiple problems with this store. I have had partially cut pizzas, I’ve ordered over the phone an hour before arriving and still had to wait thirty minutes due to them only making my order as I arrived. Well today I ordered online and received my notification message. I arrive at the store and punch in my order number. Well my order was not on the correct shelf. So I tell the employee and he looks at me as if he had no idea what I was talking about. After about ten minutes of waiting he finally finds my order which was on the wrong numbered shelf. I take my order and go home to find that one of my pizzas was not cut whatsoever. Good thing I own a pizza cutter. I should get a discount on my order due to having to do part of their job. They have lost yet another customer because I am fed up with this store’s lack of customer service, lack of attention to detail, and absolutely poor time management skills.
