My group and I made a breakfast stop here before a day of activities in Niagara Falls. Despite there being several parties in the restaurant, our service was still extremely quick and pleasant (we were in a bit of a time crunch, so we appreciated this!).
We were waited on by Murielle and she was very accommodating and kind. The food wasn’t anything special and a little expensive, but was still good and filled us up for the day.

I had a wonderful experience at IHOP! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our server was attentive, polite, and made sure our drinks cups were never empty. The food came out hot and fresh the pancakes were fluffy and the omelet was cooked perfectly. It’s always nice to see a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The food is fine, but it’s the people that make this place worth dining and the Niagara Falls pricing. Carla was our server the two times we had breakfast and she’s all customer service. The best service I’ve experienced in Ontario. Carla reminded me that it’s still possible for guest to feel appreciated for their business.
