Got there at 10:12am this morning, had to tell the older lady to change her gloves after exchanging the used dirty containers then attempting to put her hand in the lettuce to put on my sandwich. The oatmeal cookies were crunchy, stale, smell and taste like chemicals. This is the worst subway in the world. Disgusting !! Lady needs to remember to change her gloves before touching sandwiches after cleaning

Stopped by after work and was turned away by an employee named Daniel even though the door was still unlocked. He refused to make a sandwich and said he was closing early, choosing to mop floors instead of helping a paying customer. Drove out of my way just to be denied service. This is exactly how businesses lose money and loyal customers.

The older lady at 11:45 in all black on Monday morning was rude as hell. All I wanted to do was use a coupon, I would’ve ordered online, if I knew it was going to bother her so badly she was going to be lazy about my sandwiches. I do it all the time when my family is in a rush. It was awful because as I’m sitting there eating she became extremely friendly with the next several groups that came in. Sorry to have ruined your morning but you got me back by ruining my day!

This is the steak and cheese that I ordered online. It was burnt. The Latin lady there with dark hair said “it doesn’t look burned to me”. How can you tell someone how to like their sandwich. She was rude and made rude comments in Spanish
as I was walking out. Little to her knowledge I am bilingual and I understood everything she said. She blamed it on her boss saying that her boss made it. Her off the wall comments were unnecessary. A very unpleasant experience to say the least.

I went in here and ordered through the mobile app, I didn’t want to be rude and cut the lady with her daughter but I was very patient and kind just to wait 20 mins to pick up for my mobile order there was another girl working in there and she left while I was waiting 10 minutes. I picked up my order and the lady working there didn’t speak English at all and didn’t know what a mobile order was smh please hire people that speak English and I say that respectfully and no offense. No one should have to wait 20 mins to pick up their mobile order I know people have to work but do better next time if I could I would give you guys zero stars!
