Nice quiet place to sit and drink coffee with friends or by yourself. Fresh pastries and lite sandwiches.

Was excited to find this location unfortunately it was a total disaster! As has become normal with all Peet’s locations lately they were “out” of dark roast. I don’t get it, brew more, sell more! So many employees standing around doing nothing and the bathroom, disgusting, see my pictures. Come on Peet’s, do better.

Ordered a medium cappachino and it was filled 90 percent with milk. Doesn’t anyone know how to make a damn cappuccino anymore? I wonder how they make lattes? 200% milk.

I went to this location today to purchase coffee beans. When I arrived there was a woman carrying her little pomeranian through the store, over to counters, and over the coffee bar. This was clearly a pet and not a service animal. The staff did not say anything to her about this clear and disgusting violation of the health code, so I spoke up and said that it was both illegal and gross to bring your pet into a location where food and beverages were being served. One of the employees immediately proceeded to yell at me in an aggressive tone to “not speak to other customers” and that “it was her job to inform customers that they can’t bring pets into the store”. So I responded and said she should do her job because it was a health code violation and it was disgusting. She then proceeded to scream at me (this is not hyperbole…she was red-faced and yelling) to the point where I couldn’t understand what she was even saying. Frustrated, I said I was taking my business elsewhere to which she said that I was not allowed back.

If this is how Peets treats their paying customers, then they do not deserve to be in business. The health code is in place for a reason. Businesses are obligated to comply for a reason. Any business that can not respect the laws which govern them and the customers which support them do not deserve to exist. I am done with Peet’s. I will take my business to local coffee shops which care about things like maintaining sanitary conditions and respecting paying customers.

The young man at the cash register was so kind and patient with my family and me as we decided. The coffees we ordered were delicious, as were the pastries and sandwiches. Oliver gave great customer service.

I have been at Peet’s Coffee on Bay Avenue now three times. I have also ordered from this location via door dash more than 5 times. The beverages and food are great – well made and tasty. The coffee ☕ is always warm. My favorite is the matcha coffee.

Nice clean coffee shop and a small strip mall next t a Nob Hill food market. There’s plenty of parking.

The place was uncrowded, clean, and the service was fast and friendly. The weather was nice so I sat outside with a friend at one of several outside tables where we enjoyed our coffees. There’s a trail at the other side of the parking lot and we went for a walk afterwards which is very convenient!

This spot has very friendly and high-spirited employees to go with its terrific Peet’s coffee. I’m giving it only a 3-star review because I had to travel over hill and dale to find an electrical outlet elsewhere because of its lack of them, due to a mainly full house. My suggestion is having them outside and also having a large community table or two for more people to be able to sit down and plug in .

Gave this store 2 attempts; two days in a row.

The first day I stood in line (what I thought was a line since it had a cash register) and after 5 minutes wasn’t acknowledged just occasionally looked at. Then a lady to my right who had just walked in was asked if she was ready to order. I walked out no coffee just irritated.

Day 2. I decided it was close and I knew it was right next to the hotel. Walked in to the correct register this time. Asked if they still had their raspberry mocha; with annoyance she said no they never had it. Informed her they used too. I said okay do you have the orange mocha she said no they haven’t had that either with annoyance, again. I said never mind. I’ll just go to Starbucks. She laughed and said well the drinks are all Starbucks drinks anyways. I responded ya but the customer service is better.
