So overall, food is AMAZING. I am assuming the gentleman is the manager there as he’s been there both times I’ve been in. Very nice. I went it must have been like a soft opening weekend. Order via the app. Food was done perfect and quick. Today though 1/9. I order again via app. Again no issue. But ordered around 4:40 in the evening. Got there the place was HOPPING! WHICH IS AWESOME WE NEED A GOOD WING PLACE. So I knew there’d be a wait. But I waited I think 45 minutes to almost an hour as I walked out with my food in hand at 5:35ish. I wasn’t too disappointed. But, they weren’t staffed for a Friday night. They had the manager, and then two cooks, which the manager seemed to be teaching as well. Which is why the slowness. I got home. Food was delicious. Just two things. I think I got original hot instead of original buffalo, in my little 20 bundle with fries. The fries and seasoning were delicious! I ordered two celery. This is where my dinner went down the tubes…the celery was SO OLD it had that like nasty liquid water you get when you leave veggies in the fridge too long. Definitely unacceptable for a place that’s been open what this is probably the 2nd real weekend. You shouldn’t have bad food. I recommend going through the veggies immediately and sanitizing the drawers and getting new veggies. It was truly disgusting and disheartening. Now I will of course come back and I am hoping for a better outcome. As the manager is super nice (you could see his stress tonight poor guy) and the first group of “kids” back during the soft opening were amazing and thorough. You got this guy’s! On a total side note. You need more seating and music playing.

First off, whoever gave me all drumsticks on my 10 piece order should be fired. Yall have a $1 charge option for all flats or all drums and I didn’t select either, yet got the snicklefritz of wing selections. Appreciate that. Originally I thought my other issues were with GH or DoorDash, but it’s gotta be the store. If you order wings you are REQUIRED to select dipping sauce or carrots/celery for $1 more. Can’t event say no thanks on either, you are required to purchase this $1 add on side which gets into legality issues with false advertising on the price in the app. It’s that way on both apps meaning BWW2G set it up that way. My food was also cold by the time it got to me, not really on the store as much as GH, but a store that cares would’ve remade the food knowing sitting on the counter for a half hour isn’t really how customers want to eat their food. But the all drums thing is the real kicker. Whoever did that can take a long walk off a short cliff imo. Also, you can’t customize your items at all with instructions. So even though I like my wing fried crispy, you cannot change that all all

I recently tried the new BWW GO for a quick Tuesday night dinner, and it’s a total game-changer if you just want wings without the full sports-bar chaos.
The Wings: I ordered 10 traditional wings in Spicy Garlic and a 10-piece boneless in Asian Zing. The traditional wings were hot and actually fairly large, which was a nice surprise compared to the ‘skin and bones’ I’ve had at other spots. The sauce was layered on thick—exactly how I like it.
The Experience: Ordering through the app was seamless. I love the pickup locker system—you just walk in, find your assigned locker, and go. I was in and out in under a minute. Plus, since it’s January 2026, I was able to use the ‘Month of Free’ rewards promo to snag an extra free order of wings with my $20 purchase.
The Downsides: The fries were just okay—a little warm but not as crispy as I’d hoped. Also, they charged extra for celery, which felt a bit like a ‘stealth price hike’ on top of the usual costs.
Verdict: If you’re looking for a sit-down meal with 50 TVs, go to the regular restaurant. But for a quick wing fix that’s actually ready when the app says it will be, this ‘GO’ model is great. Just make sure to check your bag for dipping sauces before you leave!”.

I recently visited here for some wings and my gosh were they amazing they were hot crispy and the sauce was excellent. I never knew about bww having good burgers but it was the best burger I’ve had in my entire life. The workers there were amazing also and very kind the place was clean and organized and overall an amazing experience very much recommend to come here and I will come back for more!!!!

I called and placed an order. I was told the wait time would be an hour. I arrived after an hour and 10mins. Stood there waiting another 30mins and my order still wasn’t ready. Other people there waiting canceled their order and left. I did the same. The service was terrible and unapologetic. The staff didn’t care that people were waiting for long periods of time.

I went in to get some wings this weekend and I was astonished by how good your Salt and Vinegar boneless wings was. I also want to say that I feel for the workers and don’t care about how long I wait as long as my food is delish. I also reccomend the Spicy Dippers and think they are AMAZING!!!

Will not go back!! Tried ordering two 20pc bundles online, advertised for $21.99, but they were “unavailable”. Called instead, same order was magically available, but is now $34 each. Cost $78, not including a tip, for two bundles and a soda. I would have cancelled but they already put order in while still on the phone.
The food was bad as well. Wings were a bit undercooked and chewy. The “free” fries were stale, like they were sitting in the bin for a while. Minimal veggies & dip and the box of wings leaked buffalo sauce on our tablecloth. Only good thing about this place was the young lady at the counter who was very helpful.
All in all, I wouldn’t even recommend my enemy’s!!

Recently opened and was told to download the app to order for delivery. Finally go to do it and schedule a delivery for a few hours later. Not only did the order not come it got canceled with NO NOTIFICATION or refund communications, not even a call to see about modifying or offering alternatives. Now we have to figure something else out but our event and dinner was already ruined by this. Way to lose a customer before even being able to try anything.
