I was actually so shocked to see bad reviews. I have been by this to go Dunkin so many times and am always so impressed by how kind the employees are! The person taking the order is always so patient and ready! The food has always been fresh and delicious! And they get my coffee correct every time! I have gone through around every shift (am, lunch, pm) and have not been dissatisfied with anything! The Dunkin to gos are always my favorite bc they can be faster and ready quicker! Highly recommend!

I don’t know why I keep trying to get a coffee at this dunkin. Knowing that it keeps getting made wrong every single time. It’s not that difficult to make a caramel iced coffee with Almond milk and regular sugar. The one in hickory never has messed up an order. Neither has the one in lenoir. This dunkin takes your order , then ask you again at the window what you wanted, and what flavors. Then they still proceed to mess it up. This is nowhere near the right coffee. It tastes like a cup of cream and milk. There’s no caramel flavor. There is no coffee flavor. Its really ridiculous and a waste of money. The young girl with the long pony tail tonight (11/26) looked like she was high. And sounded like it too because she couldn’t understand my order. Please fix the workers and maybe yall will get better ratings.

When ordering online I ordered two Egg and Cheese Wraps. This was for a vegetarian. The rest of my order was given to me, but not this order. I pointed out they were missing and the employee came back and handed me a box. I took it home for my gf and she immediately saw the box contained Egg, Cheese and Bacon Wraps. I verified I did not mistakenly order the wrong item. Then I looked at the box they were in. It had two labels on it. The top for my order. The sticker below it was for a different order of bacon strips. They took the old order that was sitting, put the bacon on my order and then gave it to me. Completely unacceptable. I will not be back.

This is the worst restaurant in all of Caldwell county. I know there isn’t a whole lot of places in granite for breakfast but McDonald’s across the street will take about 1/8th of the time to get your food and that’s being generous.
Employees do not care about getting a few coffees to you in less than 45 minutes. I live within 10 minutes of this Dunkin and have tried it 5 different times and it has been the same every time. Everyone that works there is a joke….stoned, rude, no care for customer service. Dunkin doughnuts has been one of my favorite places my entire life and they’ve ruined it. Huge shoutout to their hiring team. This Dunkin is a joke. Drive to Lenoir or hickory to actually get your coffee in less than 30 minutes. At this location that’s not possible.

I genuinely don’t know why there are so many 1 star reviews. This location has been great. They’re always friendly and my breakfast was amazing this morning!! I feel like they take the time to make sure your coffee is made the way you order it as well. I usually do pick up orders and so far I haven’t had any issues.

The only thing reliable about this location is that it is the slowest drive through in Caldwell County. The food is usually mediocre to poor as far as Duncan donuts food goes, the coffee for the most part is adequate. The staff though always polite have consistently shown no motivation to keep customers moving in a timely manner. It is nothing to sit and wait 30 minutes in the drive through line with only 1-2 other cars waiting in the queue. Honestly I would probably never come back to location if it wasn’t for my wife wanting an iced coffee on our way to church every Sunday morning. Again the staff has always been polite but they lack leadership and motivation.

Literally the worst one you can goto. Was charged $16 for 12 doughnuts to get there and them tell me they only have 4 of the doughnuts. Refused to give me a refund and had no management or anyone over the age of 18 on the premises. Had two workers in the store and the store owner was supposed to reach out to me and resolve this issue but never did. They took $16 and refused to give me the doughnuts OR MY MONEY BACK. Horrible management, workers and owner. Don’t goto this one.

I am a loyal Dunkin customer, but I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My donut box was wet on the bottom, and when I politely informed the associate, I was met with attitude rather than concern. Although the box was replaced, my order was still incorrect—I specifically requested no sprinkles on the strawberry donuts, but that request was ignored.
What stood out most was the overall lack of customer service. The employees did not engage, appeared frustrated, and came across as if they disliked their jobs. This left me with the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin, which is truly unfortunate given how much I normally enjoy your brand.

I wish I could mention more than just how the service is at this Dunkin’ location, but sadly that is all I know. I have tried going here twice now and both times the service has been so unbearably slow that I was sitting in the car line for 20 minutes, not moving, before just giving up completely. The app would not accept mobile orders either. I have heard very similar experiences from other people. Sadly not worth it at all.

Placed my mobile order and it was ready within 6 minutes easily! The sausage, egg, and cheese croissants at Dunkin’ are usually hit or miss, but mine was absolutely delicious at this location! Staff was friendly and I was able to get in and out of line. Very happy with this drive thru location!
