Double-check your sandwiches! Mine had mold on the bread and I didn’t realize until I hadn’t eaten half of it.
Update: Went back to show them the sandwich and the manager said “that’s normal and how we make our bread” then proceeded to have her workers nod heads to agree… they pulled out other loafs to prove the point of “that’s how they are here” and all the loafs had mold in different spots all over. I’ve eaten at Jersey Mikes locations before and never have I had black all over my white bread sandwich don’t gaslight me

I ordered an italian sandwich, mikes way, on rosemary parm bread and there’s literally no flavor. the girl who made my sandwich was also very rude and got upset when she made a regular after i specifically asked for a giant. i’ve been going to jersey mikes since they opened and this is by far the absolute worst location all in all. Oh i forgot to mention how last time i tried to come and get a sandwich, they were “out of bread” how does a sandwich shop run out of bread????

After my experience with a brutally rude, power tripping female manager who was working 6-8pm 7-15 refusing to remake a botched, messy online order that only needed mayo, I read up on the reviews at this spot, …. And it looks like she’s famous for pettiness. And I’m not the first to be denied a good Sandwich. I ended up throwing my Sammy away after it came back 1. Hour later… she argued with my guy for 30 min. Dry, Drama Rama, Bad Service No Mayo …. Skip this location, period

Honestly, the subs are so much better than any other sub I’ve had here in San Diego. The ingredients are very fresh and the staff are very friendly and fast. No wonder it’s always packed.

Today one of the owners cooked me an additional sub, because the first one was on the wrong bread. I was able to articulate the lack of customer service, I received from three employees, just during today’s visit. He offered to make me another sandwich, even before he heard my customer service concerns. You literally can visually tell the difference between the two sandwiches. One was made with care, one was not. Customer Service does matter.
