Quite enjoy this casual place…spaghetti sauce has a great fresh flavor.
Sadly, the serving portions are considerably smaller than they used to be…and they no longer serve one bread knot with the spaghetti with meat sauce.
Also less topping/cheese on pizza slices.

The spaghetti with meat sauce was not good like it used to be and it was really greasy. We were so sad because this was our absolute favorite.
We did get a small bread knot with each entree ordered!
The serving size still remains smaller and the dessert, tiramisu, was a really small cut compared to what they used to serve. It was ordered to go…in the 5′ container, it was so small. Although it was good, we used to be able to share one serving.

*update 1. The money was refunded after 3 separate phone calls. 2. What kind of policy is it to have the customer waste more time to drive the food back? Didn’t you see what you put in the boxes? Photos would have been easier. 3. We were told during one of the calls that the store was being sold in a month.
I don’t know what happened to this place. My family were loyal customers 1-2 times a week until today. 2 pizzas that looked Iike this and a burnt, dried-out calzone. Someone thought this was acceptable to put in a box and sell for money. When we called they insisted we further waste our time and bring the food all the way back there if we wanted a refund. They claimed they are going out of business. Not sure what that has to do with selling us $35 of inedible food. We have yet to see a refund.
We’ve also recently had wait times of 45 minutes OVER the quoted 30-35 min and continued to give them business.

Recently renovated and with a new leadership team. Mikes Pizza from day 1 has meant good food. More than that they are good people. Mike & Karyssa and good family people.

Decent pizza with a New York-style crust. Toppings were tasty with one exception: they used CANNED SPINACH. Canned spinach has no business anywhere, but especially not on a pizza, where it taints everything it touches with its metallic vinegary taste.
The other pizza, hubby’s “cheeseburger pizza” was delicious. The sauce is bright and fresh, and extra cheese got EXTRA cheese. At $1.79 each, I felt some of the toppings were a bit skimpy, but the pies were well-balanced and didn’t collapse under the weight of their toppings like some do, everything just sliding off the crust. These slices held together well.
The fried mushrooms were pretty good, and I have a Philly I haven’t tried yet.
Delivery took an hour and a half due to a mixed-up order earlier in the evening, and I noticed they had someone else’s phone number written on my receipt. This led me to wonder if my food was involved in the mix-up, and if someone else had it in their house, opened it up… Crazy paranoid food thoughts, surely. But a bit unsettling.
Next time I’ll get the White Pie with tomatoes and parsley. You can’t can parsley, can you?

We stopped here tonight because it received pretty good reviews. Save your money!! The service was painfully slow. I had to go to the counter and ask for refills as the 2 front staff were sitting there messing with their phones. The kids chicken meal was totally over cooked. The pizza was not any better then a frozen pizza. We also received the garlic knots, which were free, with the meal. Its a good thing because a few of them were so hard that I couldn’t break a small piece off for my grandson. The 4.5 stars is total nonsense. We will not be back.

I am new to Goose Creek and have been trying to find out who has the best pizza–so far Mike’s is my choice. I ordered a pizza and garlic knots, and all of it was absolutely delicious. The marinara sauce tastes like someone literally went outside to the garden, picked the tomatoes and made it right before it was delivered to me. The pricing was comparable to other pizza chains but the pizza was definitely superior. I will be back! Thank you Mike’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant!

Awesome experience! I can’t wait to go back. The staff was friendly and courteous. They made sure we were satisfied and constantly checked to see if we needed anything. They also made good recommendations as it was my first time here. They have pizza, subs, pastas, salads and some more. Their loaded fries are the best I’ve ever had! It’s also very affordable to eat here.

This place is AMAZING! The pizza was super tasty and didn’t taste like that half effort pizza you get from other places. The staff was very nice and did everything they could to make our dining experience wonderful. Honestly, best pizza place I’ve been to in years. 10/10 would reccomend.
