Best Cajun I have had North of Louisiana. Absolutely authentic shrimp po’ boy with delicious plump Gulf shrimp on amazing fresh bread, super zingy red beans and rice with actual Cajun flavor (not just salt and heat), and even the cole slaw was next-level. Atmosphere in the dining area was so-so, vibe in the bar and outdoors looked great, but it didn’t matter since I was too busy having me eyes roll back in my head at how delicious it was.

Found this place on TikTok & they didn’t disappoint! 10/10 will definitely be returning soon! Gumbo was AMAZING!!!!! Drinks were 10/10 as well & REASONABLY PRICED! The cashier with curly hair is such a sweetheart. He made sure as first timers my friend & I felt welcome! The entire staff was very accommodating, especially kitchen staff. Thank you for a great experience spicy boys!

The staff were beyond lovely and very silly LOL! I really appreciated the atmosphere as I ate here as my first meal going into Nashville! I got the shrimp po’boy! It was good but lacked some flavor and the fries were really yummy. For a drink I got a painkiller and it was so good! Very happy with the service and atmosphere.

As someone from SE Louisiana, this is by far the BEST Cajun food I’ve had North of Louisiana. My wife and I got to meet the owner and he was awesome. A lot of the food in Nashville is very gimmicky, so it was nice to get some good ol comfort food. This was the most I’ve eaten since we left for vacation. Highly recommend the roast beef poboy and gumbo. They do a tremendous job here.

Enjoyed a mid-afternnon lunch with my wife. We had only just heard about Spicy Boys, and being born in Louisiana, I was longing for some Cajun goodness. We had the shrimp PO’boys with Cajun fries, a bowl of gumbo, beer and ice tea. It hit the spot! The chef delivered the food and greeted us! Where else does that take place? Great, friendly service, superb food, and plenty of LSU and Saint’s memorabilia to make me feel at home! The bartender was conversational and heightened the experience. We’ll definitely be going back for a game day experience!

Best shrimp po-boys in town!! This is one of the tastiest Cajun food you can find in Nashville as long as you know what to order. I ordered the wings and they were atrocious, and should be taken off the menu completely but my friend ordered the shrimp po boy, and I couldn’t stop ordering that then onwards. I even dream about it some days. The bread is fresh, and well-made; shrimp is seasoned well and cooked to perfection. It’s not over cooked and rubbery. It’s juicy and tasty. It’s got lettuce and pickles to add freshness to this. You’d think you’ve travelled to New Orleans for a moment.

You place your order at the counter near the entrance and find yourself a table or a seat at the bar. They bring your food and call out your name. You can place your drink orders separately at the bar. The order model of self-service is not super convenient but their food more than makes up for it. The outdoor seating area is lovely. I don’t have a single picture of the po boy because it gets eaten every time before I remember to click it.

Their Cajun seasoned fries are good too. Cocktails were not good so I’d stick to beer if you’re like me and picky about your cocktails. There’s no parking, but you can easily find street parking within a block or two. There’s plenty of parking near Pharmacy beer garden too.

Can’t wait to go there again. Don’t miss this place if you haven’t been there.

Great saints bar. Gumbo was dark, some thought too dark, some loved it. Boudin balls were great as well as the red beans and rice. Plenty of seating, Inside and out. No waitress, all counter service.

Got the Surf & Turf Po Boy and it did not disappoint. Just got a half and I was full! The roast beef debris on it was exceptional! The Cajun Fries were also very good and well seasoned. Staff was super nice.

We were the only patrons on the food side and it took 5 plus minutes to get waited on at the counter even after employees saw us. The guy that finally helped us (from the bar) was great. Menu is limited, and food is hit or miss. Shrimp poboy was good, the fries great, but the roast beef poboy was amazing! The Boudin balls (no flavor & looked like dog food) and gumbo (almost tasted burnt) were horrible.

The place is cute enough and in a high traffic area. I hope the outside seating and bar area will keep it afloat, but honestly, I’m afraid from my experience it will be gone in a year. There is just too much competition in Nashville.

Came here for a late-night sit down with my boyfriend and was not disappointed! The Po Boys were authentic in taste and the Fried Shrimp Platter with the Cajun Fries and Potato Salad were also valid… staff was super friendly and catered to any needs. Will be coming back soon
