Kaleb the cashier was very flippant. I asked if we had to order from the kiosk and he said “I’m taking your order aren’t I? Just rude and disrespectful. This is the second time I’ve tried this Taco Bell and it will be the last, there was an issue the first time as well with the food.

Courtesy and politeness or things that are swiftly going by the wayside. My business can go by the wayside too I’m happy to go someplace else.
Also if I mentioned that my order is to dine in I expected to be placed on a tray not in a paper bag. Now they can come out into the lobby and clean my table when I leave.

We stopped in for a quick take home meal and, after reading the reviews, I feel like I hit the lottery! I encountered no problems with either food quality, nor with the employees. I would rate this location unusually slow for how few customers there were at the time. I do feel that the employees and the location as a whole would benefit from extra training, especially concerning what I witnessed to be a problem customer in line before us.

This is the worst location of any Taco Bell I have been to for years. If you go online to pick what you want then go to the store they tell you they don’t have the item- for example the chili cheese burrito and the double beefy crunch burrito- I’ll never go here again and I would not recommend them to anybody. On top of all that they NEVER get the order right. This place might as well shut down it’s terrible. Your location is garbage and I hope you shut down

Ordered a few things for my family today And Taco Bell forgot to give us our nachos bell grande and skimped us out on the beef in our Crunchwrap. I went back to let them know. the manager named “Gasdeli” was SO RUDE she argued with me about the receipt I told her we did not get one! And she refused to give us our order or to make anything right. They rather lose customers than to make things right for the customers that they’re effing over.

This has to be the WORST Taco Bell/KFC location. Even ordering an easy item such as a REGULAR soft taco this is what I unwrapped. Never gets it right even with the constant employee turnover rate. Repeating orders along with giving a receipt is NEVER DONE!! Put this location through rigorous training and start a new hire immediately.

Ok so please explain why the price didn’t match the menu ? .80 cent difference on one item seems excessive. I was told that they are a franchise and the prices don’t match the menu. I spoke to the manager and was offered cinnamon twist or a drink(pass)This place is close to a retirement community. I don’t want them taking advantage of older folks in the community. Disgraceful.
