Golden Journey
It honestly depends on who is working. Usually my customer drink is made right but other times it’s wrong and they have an attitude when I asked for a remake so today 2/25/26 I placed a mobile order my drink was wrong I called and spoke with Chase he seemed very nice and asked that I come in to the store. The lady that started the remake is the SAME on that always has an attitude and rude. I asked her for her name because she didn’t have on a name tag she said I’m not telling you my name I’m not giving that out. I asked for the manager Chase came to the front and I said can you tell me her name because she refused and doesn’t have a name tag on. He replied she should have a name tag on and her name is Meg!!! I watched her make my drink and said thank you Meg have a wonderful day!!! Just the inconvenience of having to go back and then deal with her attitude is ridiculous. I have heard this about her but only by description probably because she doesn’t wear a name. If I knew what days she worked I would avoid going. The drink with the flower is from yesterday

I work next door, but this Starbucks is basically a supporting character in my life story. They know my name. They know my usual order. And—most impressively—they notice when I change it (which I do often, because growth). Somehow they pivot flawlessly every time without hesitation or judgment, like highly trained caffeinated mind readers.
The staff is unfailingly kind, upbeat, and fast, even when the line is long and the espresso machines are clearly fighting for their lives. When I bring my daughter, they treat her like Starbucks royalty—smiles, patience, and genuine warmth included.
Walking in feels less like ordering coffee and more like entering a place where you are known. If loyalty points were based on emotional attachment, I’d be unwell. Five stars, standing ovation, encore requested.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a matcha drink and specifically asked for no ice, but my cup was filled with ice all the way to the top. I also asked for extra matcha, yet the flavor didn’t reflect that at all. The instructions were clearly printed on the sticker, but it seemed like they were completely ignored.
This was especially frustrating because it was my birthday treat, and instead of enjoying it, it felt like a waste of time. I ended up stopping at another coffee shop just to get what I was craving.
On 05/02/2026 around 8:00 a.m., the line was very long and the service felt off. This used to be my go-to Starbucks, but something has definitely changed. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This Starbucks was really just supposed to be a pit stop for us but it was actually more meaningful than that because of one employee (manager?): Chase. When he saw me browsing the clearance rack he took a moment to explain how to distinguish the sale items from the regular price items. We also chatted about the various colors and the merits of using points vs. paying cash. It was not more than a few seconds (on a busy morning) but it made me feel welcome! As a side note: this Starbucks’ interiors could also use a refresh – they have always been so inspiring but lately a lot of their locations are just looking dingy.

Every time I go through the drive thru for my order when the older gentlemen is working, he barely holds his hand out to give me my drinks or take payment. So rude!! This occurred on 2/15 at 2pm!

I was in drive through and ordered one drink. When I got to the window I used a card to pay and tipped $1 on a $2 and change drink. The woman working the register whipped back around saying “we have a prime one”. The girl and the person making the drink paused and reopened my finished drink and poured it into another cup after adding something. I am pretty sure they put some strange powder in my drink so in the garbage it goes but be careful going there

I’m writing this after grabbing my birthday treat (Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino) and wrap (Spinach Feta). I loved it, the person at the window was so sweet, I wish I knew his name to give a shoutout. It made my day 🙂

Starbucks never disappoints! The drinks are always consistent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect whether you need a quick coffee fix or a place to sit and work. My go-to order is [your favorite drink], and they always get it just right. The mobile ordering is super convenient, making it easy to grab my drink on the go. Highly recommend this location!

I got the caramel ribbion crunch frappe. At this location I asked for no whip cream AT ALL, stingy on the caramel, and just overall not made well. For this price I expect a better made drink.I recommend you do not pull up at this location. Have a blessed day!

Our food & drinks were delightful, as always. But, the customer service & honesty of the 3 ladies working on the morning of 2/11 was what stood out the most! We’re from out of state, and I accidentally left my purse inside the store which included my wallet with credit cards & cash inside. The employees found it & did extensive research to find a way to contact way before we headed back home to GA. I seriously cannot thank them enough for this! In a world full of dishonest people, these ladies absolutely restored my faith in humanity! THANK YOU!
