First of all, the restaurant is dirty and stinky. The floor is very sticky, the kitchen looked very dirty and unhygienic. Food was not prepared correctly and it tasted horrible. The kitchen and the cooking equipments need a deep cleaning. Also, the oil needs to be changed. If the health inspection came here, they would fail. I live in the area and would never come back again nor recommend anyone to come here.

I’ve ordered from here many times from door dash and they never put the sauces you order in the bag. We just ordered and we ordered 7 sauces for 3 meals. No big deal. But none was in the bag. I called and the woman answered I simply asked. Next time can yall put the sauces in there? She didn’t say anything. I hung up. It may be petty to Taco Bell but it’s a topping customers enjoy that helps them enjoy the food. If attitudes are like that about sauces. I can only image what other areas of laziness they practice. I won’t order from here again. Taco Bell food is getting worse anyway

The best Taco Bell experience ever. After a day filled with delayed and ultimately canceled flights, we resorted to renting a car for a 7 hour drive home. We stopped here along the way and the food and service was exceptional. The food was fresh, hot and so cheesy. The service was friendly and welcoming, especially for 11pm on a Monday! Thank you!

Went to this Taco Bell yesterday with my boyfriend on my lunch break. Service was okay. But when I went to get my drink I noticed the drink machine was covered with black mold on the ice dispenser it was all over the machine near the nozzles and all underneath near the ice dispenser as well. The food wasn’t to hot and I hardly had any meat in my cheesy Gordita and my Cinnabons was hard as a brick. Last few times I went there I’ve hardly got any meat in my food unless I pay for extra meat. This Taco Bell used to be really good but it has definitely went down hill fast. I was extremely disappointed.

Troutman tacobell has a legend working there and her name is Victoria. I’m a 50 y/o fat lady and when I heard caramel apple EMPANADAS were making a comeback…I had to call and see if they were on the menu yet. It was my lucky day, bc Victoria answered the phone. Not only did she have impeccable customer service phone skills and say “why yes they are!” she also offered to prepare as many as I wanted and would have them ready if i just gave her a time. We arrived 10 minutes later and were greeted cheerfully over the drive thru mic by her, so I ordered a box of tacos to boot. The EMPANADAS were packaged carefully, piping hot and handed to me as I pulled up with a gentle warning on their temperature so we wouldn’t get burned. As I inhaled the glorious, creamy, apple filled deliciousness from my past, I was not disappointed. Victoria made small talk with my 10 y/o son. She made such an impression on him, that he’s wanting “taco bell drive thru” to be his first job when he turns 16. Idk Victoria before calling, but I’ll say her interpersonal skills are even better in person and someone “high up” needs to look into letting this gal go into “high up” management and pay her accordingly !!! She was the epitome of exemplary customer service and taco bell corporate should appreciate having her! I know I do.

The staff was very kind and friendly, and the food was fast, hot and delicious! They even turned the heater on for my mother in law who was cold.
We were a large group after a NASCAR Tech graduation, and very hungry.
Thank you for accommodating all of us so graciously.
We don’t get this kind of thing in Asheville.

After waiting 25min for my order to be ready I went to the counter to ask if it was still being made just for them to tell me that it’s been ready for a while and they forget to give it to me. Horrible customer service. Food was all cold and the chicken nuggets were so burnt that they probably weren’t edible for human consumption. I tried a few nuggets to see if it was just one but they were all so dry and rock solid so I threw the rest away. I’m probably going to get some sort of food poisoning from the ones I ate. At other Taco Bell’s the customer service is typically just as terrible but at least the food is good. At this one the food was bad and the service was bad so I won’t be coming back and I recommend you don’t either.

Ordered on the app. When I get there to pick up my order the drive thru guy says “I don’t have chicken to complete you order, I can give you the burritos though” I replied with I already paid in the app for everything he then said “my truck just arrived I’ll have chicken but it will be a wait” I said that’s fine. Literally 3 minutes of waiting he said “here’s your food” just want to share how this fresh chicken looks and how it was wrapped up and put in the bag. It was disgusting, I assume this was probably food from hours before and just gave it to me to get me out quick. I sure as hell know none of this was fresh.

We were there to get a comp meal because our previous order was missing items we purchased. We call the manager and he apologized and credited our wrong meal and told We could come in and they would make up our order again and comp it.
While there we met the manager and was treated extremely well. He apologized again and thanked us for allowing them to make the order right.
Not only were we impressed with the manager but was very grateful for how they treated my wife and I. We will continue to eat there again.

JB took amazing care of me!! I went to Taco Bell & got quite a bit of food but unfortunately when we went to eat it we did not dig into what we expected & was missing a burrito (oh no) NO WORRIES JB SAVED THE DAY.
Even though he’s been making these for years he understands mistakes happen & gave me a refund days later & was super kind & professional with a great smile on his face, it’s truly refreshing for a fast food joint to take care of a customer that he’s never met before & I won’t forget it. THANK YOU JB 🙂
