Probably shouldn’t come to this location if you’re seeking timely service or order accuracy. I normally wait in this drive thru 20-40 minutes with an hour one occasion where I already paid through the app and just waited it out. Seems to be a reoccurring issue at this location.

No one to take your order, have to do it on the kiosk. Sad world we’ve become. Said it was faster those way. Smh ordered this way & still waited almost 16 mins to get a chicken Quesadilla & soft taco. If you use Kiosk & don’t have a card & wanna pay with cash, the man was told to wait til someone could take his payment. But his order wouldn’t be placed until paid for. ♂️ horrible & never again.

Order machines weren’t working properly. Didn’t send over our whole order even though we paid for it. Today my food was cold and my husband still got beans when he said no beans. We didn’t get a taco, potatoes and the extra jalapenos. Usually they are very good.

Being an experienced food service worker I know the struggles of this industry. Last night I went through their drive thru during one of their busy times. I had a rather large order (teenagers with bottomless stomachs XD) it looked like they had maybe 2-3 workers in the whole building. Even with it being late; they were friendly and courteous. If i could give any lower in starts then i would! The new RGM is named Tony he’s been there for almost a year i think? And he is rude and unprofessional ! Why is he serving bad out of date lettuce to customers and also telling them to reuse the blue towels they clean with is just disgusting!! Does he not know food safely standards? Also, why is the owner not doing anything about it! I DO NOT!!! Recommend anyone to eat here unless you are looking to get some type of food poisoning!
