What a great customer service experience! The cashier was training , he was very nice, greeted with a smile, the woman helping him was so patient. My food was perfect, best Tims I’ve been to since I’ve been in New York. They should train the other locations to be just like this one

Not only is the coffee always perfect but the staff at this Tim’s is the friendliest ive seen, and I have been to many Tims. I work close by so often eat both breakfast and lunch here. I love the ice cap and breakfast sandwiches, but I go here mostly because customers are treated so well.

I drive to Rochester most every day, I pass at least a half dozen Tim’s on the way. This Tim’s is properly staffed, the food is fresh, they are friendly and fast. Keep up the good work!

This Tim Hortons is a very busy, fast ordering store. While the staff will give you enough time to look at the menu, people behind you may not appreciate the staff’s common courtesy. Due to that issue is part of the reason the atmosphere is a 3 star. The other part is the chairs are really uncomfortable if you are there waiting for friends or trying to have a business meeting there.

So far this location is good with making the food consistent.
Although I’ve had a few orders missing something I order here a lot so it’s far and few in between, could chalk it up to not speaking loud enough into the drive thru speaker too.
Every time I’ve made sure to speak up and confirm what I ordered before pulling up I’ve always gotten everything I ordered.
Overall good convenient spot for me.

Best Tim Hortons on the west side. They actually make sandwich/panini orders correctly here. The donuts do taste a bit stale later in the day, but they’re well stocked throughout the day, even in the afternoon. A pleasant surprise.

This is our favorite spot to take our break when we are out in the ministry. If you happen to come at that time and see 8 or more of us, men in suits and ladies in dresses or skirts and blouses, you should recognize that we are Jehovah’s Witnesses.
It is the generosity of our brother who treats us to our hearts’ desires. I get the large coffee with a blueberry muffin. Some get the breakfast items or special lattes. Next time, I am going to try something with “pumpkin” flavor!!
