I have lived across the street for 8 years and never ordered from Marcos(Too much pizza in early life made it not a goto for me.
Tonight, I had a house full with my husband, my kids and their significant others. I had no time to cook. My son suggested Marco’s as he is local and he and his roommates often order.
Marcos is open until 11 on Tuesdays. At 10:12, We ordered 8 specialty pizzas because everyone wanted a gluten free crust, which they only have in small. My pizzas were all PERFECT! everyone ordered something different, different crust flavors etc, and everyone raved how wonderful they were! BILLY IS THE BEST! He even assured me everything was already clean when i called, so We didn’t have to worry about cross contamination for our guest with Celiacs. Billy even helped me carry them out to the car, made sure we had hot pepper seeds, and was good conversation! I’m sad I didn’t have cash on hand as his tip was on my credit card, but I hope he gets to keep it(MANY PLACES ARE IFFY)
Billy was a wonderful representation for Marcos and the food was delicious. Again i am sorry to order so much so late but thank you for being here and being wonderful We are talking about getting together at least once or twice a month, I know where we will order from!

Bree *said she’s the general manager* is rude on the phone ordering and in person, she’s unprofessional and doesn’t know how customer service works. Usually the service is great but she’s completely ruined my favorite pizza place that I’ve been coming to for almost a decade now! Due to her lack of knowledge on how to treat people like human beings I will never return. Hope they find a new, kinder person to represent their company 🙂

I understand it is a chain, but they have the best pizza, and pizza sauce~ hands down. Friendly staff and just give it a try! When I called in for a pizza, yes I called , on the road from the airport, the young man Nehemiah was kind, enthusiastic and great. All the staff was ! Try them out, off, Packard Rd.

I love the food and have always enjoyed the service I have received at their other locations so I was pleased when I moved and found a location nearby but I am extremely disappointed. In a way most might not expect so hear me out…. The first time I ordered I selected to pay cash for a $23 pizza and added 10% as a tip with the intention of giving an additional $5 with my cash change. Well I gave the guy $40 and he said are we all good? And I said, no do you have change? As he was going through the money bag he was gripping the whole time about how cheap people are. I gave him $2.30 in the app plus $5 cash for a $23 pizza which is more than 30%. He was still complaining so I gave him $3 more just to get out of the cold. Ridiculous. I ordered again tonight and paid for the food on my card and was going to tip in cash as to
Avoid the part on the app part in cash thing again. This store has the nerve to call me and say oh you didn’t add a tip can I add that to your card?
If you are too cheap that don’t pay your employees enough that they are so hard up on tips that you harass your customers for tips so the drivers so they can pay their bills, You’re not worth my service. T.I.P.S. Means To Insure Prompt Service. Not to pay your employee’s wages!

Bait and switch with coupon. Illegal and immoral business practices this place will not get my money or any of my friends money again! Expires 9/15/2022 nearly 2 weeks before today. I was told best they can do is 9.99 for a one topping. It’s unfortunate because they do have a pretty good pizza however because of my stubbornness and hardheadedness now I can’t eat there anymore because I won’t support a business that practices bait and switch practices. I get about on average 40 dollars of food there a month now hungry howies and cottage inn can split my 480 a yr!
