You can’t really go wrong with hotdogs, nachos, and granita. This meal was nostalgic, boiled, not fried, hotdog is my preference. Topped with relish and ketchup. Yum…

Black hot dog tips.. She said it’s a dirty water dog that’s why it’s black. I said no, it’s an old hotdog reheat. She said I just opened the pack! I said stop lying and give me my money back…. 15 years I’ve been going there… Never once have I gotten a reheat!! Who is this lady anyway??? And, why is she smoking cigarettes in that little kitchen??

Italian ice was okay…not much to review on there…it’s Italian ice, you can’t mess it up. Service on the other hand, HORRIBLE. The lady at the counter was all nice and sweet and smiles to the customers in front of us and even gave them something for free but when we got to the counter her smile completely went away and she looked like she didn’t even want us there. Idk maybe it had to do with us not being white. And what is with the automatic tip suggestion as soon as you swipe your card??? You’re literally just scooping ice cream, you’re not waiting tables for us. She couldn’t even hand us napkins, I had to grab some myself from by the register

This place is just ok and the owners are rude. My boyfriend Went to get me an ice and gave the guy a 20 bill but the owner claimed it was fake?? And wouldn’t take it he didn’t even have a water mark pen to check if it was real or not so my bf went back to the store he got the 20 from and they checked with their machine and said it was real… Like what?? If you’re going to claim someone’s giving you FAKE MONEY then get your business a watermark pen or machine to check instead of embarrassing a customer in front of other customers saying that they’re giving u fake money when it isn’t!!!! lol I’ve came here 3 times and all the times I’ve came they were always rude. I’m done coming here I’d rather give business else where.

I grew up in Clifton and this is NOT the original jumbos. This man opened it up in the original location to try and fool everybody and had the gall to claim it in the name. The true original one is a mom and pop place across the street next to the park. Don’t let this man trick you. I often drive by this place and there’s always shady people hanging around it.
