Extremely disappointing experience. The girl at the register was rude and unprofessional from the start — no greeting, no manners, and acted like taking an order was an inconvenience. When I got home and opened my food, I found a bug in my salad. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be returning and definitely can’t recommend this place to anyone until they seriously improve their customer service and food hygiene.

I’ve only ever ordered delivery, but their estimated arrival times have always been super accurate., food is always warm/still hot. Addictive mozzarella sticks & A+ for French fries. I normally order a white pizza everywhere else but this is one of the select few places whose pizza sauce is preferable.

I’m pretty sure they must be a very busy place because the service was NOT the best. Pizza was good. The salad was done horribly. Im mad I payed for a $11 salad and received this. Doesn’t really seem like they care much about the quality of the food. Pizza was great.

It is extremely rare that I would give a pizza place 5 stars but I have to say, as a new customer, I was VERY surprised. I asked for a pizza with extra cheese and boy did I get it …. and … it was glorious! The crust was crispy enough to hold the weight of the enormous amount of cheese and the quality of the cheese was pretty good. The pizza was so good my kids were even counting the number of slices the other had. The cheese was the kind you have to cut with a knife to separate it and it had very little oil on top. I didn’t have to wait long and the guy at the register was nice. I wish I lived closer to this place.

My wife went tonight to get 2 pizzas and a chicken finger dinner. When she ordered the food she asked for 3 or 4 honey mustards because the dinner was split between 2 kids. She picked up the food and asked the girl at the register ( who was nothing but nice) if there were honey mustards in the bag. She said they should be but my wife checked just to make sure. There was only 2 so she asked if she could just get one more. The girl came back with who she believed was the owner and he said very rudely “it’s at the bottom”. My wife said I know there’s only 2. The man took the food out and opened it to point to it. To the 2 honey mustards. She than stated that she ordered 3 or 4 and the gracious girl working there handed it to my wife and she thanked HER and left. When she got home she opened the food and this is what the salad looked like… It was literally soup. And looked half eaten. We live over 25 mins away so it wasn’t practical to drive all the way back there. Too much money is spent to have service or food like that

Brother’s has been a long-time favorite for my family and I. They’re the only pizza place that I have saved as a contact in my phone. Outstanding grilled chicken caesar salad, and their pizza is the best in town in my opinion. Never too greasy, good tomato sauce, and a great cheese to sauce ratio. Delivery is typically speedy. We love it here!

Over done cheese pizza. Cheese was burnt. 2nd pizza the same way. Meatball pizza – burnt edges on meatball slice and burnt cheese pizza. I just have rejected the pizza and ask for discount. I now that I had family waiting for the pizza. Came home and removed the cheese and added my own fresh cheese.
I will never return to Brother’s after buying pizza these for over 20-30 years.

That was literally the best garlic sub STEAK and cheese *Hoagie* I’ve ever had. And that’s saying something, im from Pennsylvania where the Philly Cheese Steak was born and raised! My lord that was delicious!!!!!!!!!
