The food was not to my liking taste was of reheated food. The pig feet was hard and smelled bad after I got the plate in opened it. The rice was hard and undercook. The staff was very rude. I late got sick after eating the food. The restaurant was clean and the window over the food was clean. I would recommend only the drinks in that the fruit punch mixed with ginger I must say. Overall the food was a 0/10

If I could give 0 stars I could. Oxtails was so bland and full of fat and gristle! Gravy was so bland! I’ll never go back! And then he did nothing to make it right, wanted to argue us down about that food. Worse customer service. I could’ve spent $30 elsewhere!

The food was very disappointing. The mac and cheese was watery and lacked flavor, and I wasn’t told there would be an upcharge until it was already on the plate. I was then told it could be scooped off, which was awkward and frustrating. I also ordered oxtails, and for $27 I received only three very small, thinly sliced pieces, which felt overpriced and poor in quality. Overall, the experience was not worth the cost, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

Food hit the spot! I even had to ask the owner why the green beans were so good! Delicious. I had stew chicken and curry chicken. I bought a curry goat plate to take home. I even bought spices!!!!

Kind of a hard time rating this place. It’s not quite a 4 but not a 3 either. Everyone was very friendly here, staff and other customers. The jerk chicken had a nice smoked flavor and the jerk rub and a sauce tasted great. But the chicken was slightly over done and a little dry. The beans and rice also had great flavor but it was a little crunchy, so not quite done or not made with enough water. The cabbage, was good just how I like it, not mushy with a little crispness left. Though it could have used some heat, maybe some crushed red pepper or something. Now that I think about it, the jerk spice could be a bit hotter as well. The plantains let me down. They too were over cooked and dry. It was $13 for lunch. I will for sure be back as the flavor made up for the cooking.
