I was skeptical of this place due to inconsistent reviews. But I personally had a decent experience!
I got the Tonkotsu Ramen and I gotta say the noodle was a perfect al dente, they were cooked spot on with how the noodle picked up all the flavor from the broth. The broth was delicate and savory. Soft boiled egg was cooked perfectly with a lot of flavor. Pork chaesiu was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor as well. This place probably is as authentic as it gets around here in West-mass.

Delicious food, fun ambiance and fast and friendly service, this was a fantastic dining experience. We ordered the Yokohama ramen, takoyaki, seaweed salad and hot and spicy ramen and were not disappointed. Everything was delicious and they added lots of pork chashu. We will definitely come back!

Edamame actually steamed to perfection at this place, which is not always a given. Spicy miso is a must for all the spice lovers. I put this up there with some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. Glad to live so close to it. Also, service was above and beyond. I was surprised how slow it was for a Friday evening but maybe that’s cause there’s no booze? 10/10 would recommend.

Stopped in for lunch. Good food and good service, I had a teriyaki chicken dish with white rice and mixed vegetables including a small bowl of miso soup as a starter. Fair prices.

This was my first Ramen experience so I have no frame of reference but it was great fun trying something new and delicious. The restaurant wasn’t at all crowded. It was spotless. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The service was excellent and speedy but not at all rushed. The prices were reasonable and everyone in our party of five enjoyed their food.

I love Yokohama ramen. The owners are very sweet and the food is delicious. I especially like the texture of the ramen noodles. The portions are quite big! I have tried many flavors of the ramen, and some appetizers, too. All are good. The inside is very spacious and the decor is nice.

Very good eating experience! We love the ramen, and we tried an assortment of appetizers as well! The ramen was hot and enjoyable! I highly recommend this place!! If you are in Northampton or close enough to drive here, then definitely check out Yokohama Ramen!!! We were here last on 12/18/2022, food is still great!!!

This place somehow seemed very popular and a hole in the wall. Great service and great food. The ramen had a great broth and everything in it was just a bonus. As always I love mochi so I had to save some room for one, which was also very good and loved the presentation of it. Partner has had a bad experience with Takoyaki in the past but decided to try them here and said that they were so much better than the ones he’s had previously. I’ll be coming back here when I’m in the area.

When i used to work in noho i used to go to this spot after my shift to enjoy a Yokohama bowl. Ramen is my comfort food because the broth along with that pork belly is just so good. decently priced too and the staff is very attentive. never ever had a bad experience and i bring some of my friends and family all the time when possible!

Not bad. The aesthetic of the restaurant was visually interesting and the service was quick. We got scallion pancakes for appetizers (10/10). The chicken ramen itself was just OKAY. Average at best. Dessert was black sesame flavored mochi (10/10)
