We enjoyed a special occasion brunch. 5 star service and food in a casual brunch setting. The omelet I had was very fluffy and cheesy. I am thankful we have fine dining in Bolivar.

What a fantastic experience! The grilled Ceasar salad was so delicious and the focaccia bread was on point HOT and yummy ! Our waiter Collin paid complete attention to detail. Step outside of Bolivar if only through Savour restaurant for your elegant dinning experience. You won’t be disappointed.

It took us over an hour to get our food. It was cold by then and the bus boy brought it because the waiter ignored us in favor of his friends sitting around us. It was absolutely awkward. The seabass was soggy by the time we got it. Also fairly unseasoned.

My wife and I came here for an anniversary dinner. The food is amazing. We had the oyster soup, mussels, Chilean sea bass, and filet/lobster combo. We followed with dessert. Everything was flavorful and perfectly cooked. We were seriously impressed and will be back for sure. The service matched the quality of the food. London was our server. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and very kind. Our dinner was coursed perfectly; we didn’t feel rushed at all. We look forward to making this a regular date spot. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Not sure I’d call it TRUE fine dining, but the closest you’re gonna get in the area. A little pricey for the overall quality and ambiance. Food was warm, but not hot. They should consider pre-heating the plates to keep food at temperature, especially in winter months.
