Goldstone has so many flavors of ice cream and so many different toppings!Their caramel apples are also really good! I recommend coming in the evening as the employees are super nice during that particular shift.This is the perfect place to come for a quick treat!

My experience at cold Stone they were very friendly very helpful their items it’s amazingly clean in there. They’re right on top of it. Your order is done and don’t take long at all. The service is amazing and I’d recommend this place to anybody married back when my family comes back to visit I’m sending them there so they can have a day out with ice cream. God bless cold stone and thank you son for recommending it to me because I’ve been out here in Twin Falls, Idaho for six years now and I don’t go out much and when I do, I like to go to somewhere where it’s good and that place was amazing so thank you cold stone And thank you son for recommending it. I would like to thank the owner for making this right with us. When he found out what happened he was very accommodating and we appreciate it. We love Cold Stone Creamery and will defiantly continue ordering cakes and going there.
WHAT A RIP OFF! We ordered a custom cake for our son’s birthday. There used to be a flavor called Strawberry Banana Rendezvous which consisted of: Strawberry Ice Cream with Graham Cracker Pie Crust, White Chocolate Chips, Strawberries and Banana. He wanted a cake with that for his birthday. It costs more for a custom cake but we ordered it any way, minus the White Chocolate chips that they told us they were out of. To our surprise, when we cut into it there wasn’t any bananas and in looking at the package it came in the side label said Strawberry passion which is a signature creation and costs less. No one called to OK the switch and let us know why they wouldn’t make our custom cake. They didn’t give us a receipt and the whole thing was totally unnecessary. Our son didn’t get the cake he wanted for his birthday and we’re not happy with the service. Someone over there is cheating customers and that’s wrong.

First and foremost, they offer a decent variety of creations. You can also customize their ice cream flavors and add various toppings, although it’s quite expensive in my opinion. A scoop of their “like it” ice cream costs $5.69 plus tax, which is good but not the best-tasting ice cream I’ve had. I prefer their plates, like the Kiwi Loco, which offer a wide range of options and more toppings for significantly less. Additionally, the customer service isn’t the best.

We got gift cards 40% off at Costco and now we go here way too often (about once a week) as a cheap date or quick treat when we’re in Twin running errands anyway. Great place to meet up with people because they are open later and you don’t have to buy a full meal.

Not sure if this was supposed to be a joke or not but I’m not laughing. I had ordered a “Love it” size so they gave me a “Like it” and just put it in the bigger cup and called it good. This place has really gone downhill lately. The customer service has become less then welcoming, and clearly the service itself is wanting. Sad to say, but I will not be back.

So no one was to be found and then when the employee did come the service was horrendous. I asked for the prices because I didn’t have my contacts in and I couldn’t really see. The worker obviously didn’t know this but you know some deciency would’ve been nice. The red head tall male was the only one deserving of a tip. Moral of the story, do not come here. You can find better icecream elsewhere. The icecream here wasn’t bad but it did have some hints of the bottom of the freezer.

Came here for ice cream tonight and both ladies were NOT wearing gloves making the ice cream nor handling the waffle cones. As I watched her stick her fingers on the waffle. When mixing the ice cream half was left out on the table instead of mixing all parts completely. The attitude was unreal from the girl wearing glasses. I understand we came an hour before closing but touching food with no gloves gets me. Going else where now.
