Ordered pizza and had my mom pick it up. When she arrived home I noticed they forgot to put the pesto drizzle on my pizza, of course…I called and talked to what I believed was a call center who told me to just go back and show them my receipt. Kind of inconvenient but I drove back and explained what had happened and at first someone offered to make me a new pizza but then someone else came up and said no they wouldn’t make a new one just for forgetting sauce and handed me two dip containers. I guess they don’t think my money or time driving 30 minutes out of my way was important…and now I’m home, my pizza has gone cold and I don’t even want it anymore. This place was SO unprofessional and the pizza was disappointing. They need to do wayyy better…And update their customer service training.

I haven’t ordered pizza in awhile because the ones closed down by me.. But when I ordered at this location it brought me back yall.. This pizza was so fresh and loaded down and the cheese pull i could’ve did an advertisement commercial with it. Very polite and friendly staff.. I give this location 10 stars

Went on Friday January 30th around 7 pm. The teenage girl at the front was so polite despite rude impatient customers. She’s the reason my review isn’t lower. The cooks in the back were extremely lazy while she was really hustling. No standards. No quality. Have some pride or go work somewhere else. My order was wrong. I was missing a cheese stick. If you can’t read you can’t be back there handling food. Please hire some more competent cooks.

11/22/23 UPDATE: The app doesnt work at all anymore. Every entry comes across as unavailable or error. So I used the website to order. That went smoothly. However, an hour after our order was to arrive it finally shows up I live less than 1 mile away) and half the order is missing. The one pizza that arrived was ice cold and the cheese sticks were covered in bacon that nobody will eat. Driver said she would have the second pizza made and delivered. 25 mins after she arrived and we are still waiting. Food and service is severely lacking these days.

Driver was very friendly and left our pizzas exactly where I asked, and waited until he saw me coming to the door to pick them up before leaving. Our order was simple but they got it right and didn’t forget the extra dip that we requested. Well worth the tip!

I ordered a personal flash pizza. One side pepperoni and pine apple. The other side just bacon. The side with the pineapple was soggy. Like did they not drain the liquid off before putting the pineapple on the pizza? Could bearly fine the pepperoni. The size with the bacon had bites that were “chewy”. Like the fatty part of bacon not cooked right. Why not have the bacon as crispy and use the crumbles? Now I had combinations like this before without these results. From other named brand pizza establishments. It’s been a LONG time since I bought pizza from the hut. Now I know why.

Messed up my order and refused to make the order over with the toppings correct. Says he will give me a $6 credit. Rude manager. I’ll never order here again and I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Where’s my beef?
Update: Ali who is the manager I always deal with and was told by the rude manager last night she was no longer there…lies; well she called me this morning and was directed by her higher ups to give me a full refund and apologized for the rude guy. Ali has always taken care of me before and escalation happens. I understand mistakes happen but there is an expectation of correcting it. It’s sad I had to go to instagram and corporate website to get this resolved.

I will NEVER order pizza from this location again. They literally just through some pizza together and delivered it to me. I ordered regular hand tossed cheese pizza and buffalo chicken. I received my order with the sauce from the buffalo chicken literally poured on the pizza and the cheese pizza had sauce caked up on the crust it wasn’t even spread out. I called and they said “Well that’s how we make our pizza” since freakin when?? Yea poor customer service to go right along with this poor put together pizza smh

Order a pizza with my rewards points. When I picked my pizza and got to car I realized it wasn’t what I ordered.I went back inside and told the manager that my pizza was not what I ordered online.Without hesitation he said what did you order we will remake it for you.There wasn’t a flinch he immediately re made my pizza.With all the pizza choices that we have,this service is why I will continue to order from this location.The pizza was good but the service was 5 star great!
