I ordered a drink and was not given a straw. When I went back to ask for one, the employee was dismissive and told me he did not speak English, then walked away without attempting to help or get another employee. Immediately after, I heard him speaking English to another employee.
I understand misunderstandings can happen or language barriers, but the interaction felt intentionally dismissive. A simple effort to assist would have resolved the situation quickly.
I hope management addresses this so customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

Although the slice of cheese I ordered to be added to my McChicken was missing, the food was hot, fresh, and even assembled and wrapped properly. Drinks were well constructed. Service was speedy and friendly. Bottom line; far matter than our local store!!!

Waited for 12 minutes for “fresh cookies” not only were the cookies hard and barely warm but the rest of the food was basically cold. Sucks that the options in Torrington are limited already, and this is what you get 95% of the time. But when it’s good it’s really good.

So why is it okay for the manger to just walk out and then come back like she didn’t just walk out? Very unprofessional do not be a manger if you can’t handle the stress of it. But also why is it taking 30+ mins for my order when I did two orders and one came then I waited for my other one

I informed the manager of this incident, which she verbatim repeated, “Ya. We’re not going to do anything about that.” Let me back up. Last night, I was parked in line for the drive through, and a man in a truck overtook me parked in the lane? Confused? He drove THRU the path of my parked car to overtake the drive through window, where I’d been in line for 4 minutes already. He continued to inch at my car every few seconds as a threat that he was going to run my $35,000 car through. I had to reverse out of line to avoid a terrify assault. When I got to the window and explained what happened, I asked they confront him, or call the police. The manager, a mid-life husky Hispanic woman, took the intercom to inform me (rudely), “ya, we’re not going to do anything about that.” I was in silent shock for the remainder of my wait. The night manager on Oct 23rd made me feel unsafe by making self-serving decisions, outside of the expectations of her position.

Extremely disappointed my son bit into his chicken nugget and it was raw!! Not safe at all to eat. The staff was extremely rude and the restaurant was covered in flies NOT IMPRESSED.
