Ordered four triple cheeseburgers and two of them had so much pepper on them you couldn’t eat it. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to be there find something else. Don’t take it out on the customers.

All I ordered was a mcdouble with no ketchup and all I got was a mcdouble with extra ketchup after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Then I stood there and waited another seven minutes to get a refund. They can’t even do the simple things correctly, So just imagine what else goes on in that store. No need to respond with we are short staff I don’t want to hear it!

The workers here (besides a VERY select few) do not care about their job or take it seriously. It’s literally a MIRACLE if your order comes out correct on the 1st shot. It’s pretty pathetic, McDonald’s is one of the easiest, entry level jobs on earth. I know because I worked at Washington McDonald’s as a teenager in school.

On this visit that Google was completely aware of and asked me to comment on… Fries were soggy and spicy chicken was very old. Seriously like 1/8th of an inch was chicken. It was gross. Guessing it sat for well over an hour before putting it on my bun.

Just had a spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was thin like a piece of cardboard, surely not what is shown on your menu. Talk about false advertising. I wanted to try the shamrock ☘️ shake and of course the ice cream machine was out of order. Big disappointment, will not go back.
