Waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks in the drive up spots. They completely paid no attention to any of the drive up spots and tended to the drive thru. Had to call and complain that no one was bringing orders out. This happens almost every time I place an order. Will start doing business elsewhere if they cannot figure out their system and how to manage the drive thru and drive up spots at the same time.

Rolled thru the drive thru after 2pm. Was told after I payed the i needed to pull forward to wait. Ask how long they thought it would be and was told less than a minute. Pulled in to assigned spot, quickly a lady appeared with several bags of food. None were mine. I thought ok at least my food will be hot. 13 minutes later I was handed a bag of COLD food. I know it’s a fast food place but come on McDonalds do better. It’s over 10$ for a quarter pounder and small fries.

Would give zero stars if I could. Always a long wait. We ordered curbside (have tried curb side and drive thru a few times) and always have to wait 20+ minutes and then the food is wrong / fries are mushy.

No matter when you come you always have to pull forward. If its dead and no one is here, you pull forward. Super busy? Pull forward. It’s insane. Always a long wait no matter when you come. They always forget something in your order too for all that time they have to prepare it.

Good experience this morning, drive thru, fairly large order, waited less that 5 min ro bring order out while parked. Everything good and hot, order was perfect. Young man brought order out, very friendly and apologetic for my wait,(less than 5 min)..and they were very busy. Great experience.

Stopped for a quick lunch with the kids. Got two meals and 3 happy meals. Our order was perfect. No missing condiments, all drinks were right, the food was hot and fresh and all toppings were correct. Honestly best experience at this McDonald’s.

Worst experience I’ve had ever in a drive thru. Ordered at 1 pm and was brought the wrong order twice, then when I finally got my order the fries sauce and napkins weren’t in there. Worker went back in and never came back with my fries. I had to go in just to get my fries, and the manager, William, acted like he also didn’t care. Since I waited for my fries so long the rest of my food was cold by the time I got it to my family. Joke of a restaurant.
